Continuity mistake: When Filburt first reads his fortune cookie, it says "Bad luck and misfortune will infest your pathetic soul for all eternity". But later on when he is walking down the street it says "Bad luck and extreme misfortune will infest your pathetic soul for all eternity". (00:03:25 - 00:04:25)
Fish-N-Chumps / Camera Shy - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: Near the end of "Camera Shy," when Heffer gets the check out of the envelope, it's light blue. But when the shot changes it suddenly becomes black like the "censor bars" sticking on him and Filburt, so they obviously accidentaly used the wrong color.
A Sucker For the Suck-O-Matic / Canned - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: In "Sucker for the Suck-o-matic," the TV opens up Rocko and Heffer's heads to scrub a weird product on their heads to make them buy the Suck-o-matic. The TV leaves their heads open when taking their brains out to dribble. In the next shot the heads are closed while the TV dribbles the brains. Then in the next shot, their heads are back open while the TV puts them back.
The Big Question / The Big Answer - S3-E11
Trivia: At one point in this episode, Hefer says "please put me down Mr. Crabs." Most of the crew from this show went on to make SpongeBob SquarePants a few years after Rocko ended, which has a character named Mr. Crabs.
