Nocturnal Omission - S6-E5

Continuity mistake: Doug goes to Deacon's to tell him about Kelly wanting to get back together. Deacon is putting on his shoes and in different shots, sometimes his shoe is almost on and then other shots it shows him holding it in his hand about to put it on again.

Package Deal - S3-E19

Factual error: In this episode Doug is denied getting a better route when it's given to the new guy because he's "better looking." As member of a union, Doug most certainly would have been given precedent over any new driver.

Fight Schlub - S8-E22

Visible crew/equipment: Doug, Deacon, and Danny are at their lockers towards the end of the episode, and Deacon says, "Me and Danny gotta do another half shift tonight." Camera cuts, and a boom mic can be seen at the top of the screen.

Brace Yourself - S9-E6

Visible crew/equipment: When Doug and Carrie are talking about the sketch of Carrie on the fridge and Doug says, "Man, he's got some skills" (talking about Major), a boom mic is visible at the top of the screen.
