Bart's New Friend - S26-E11

Revealing mistake: At the circus as the clowns appear you can see a composition error on Homer's body. Homer's body is indexed to be as a background scene for several seconds where you can see the man's head fully who is sitting in front of Homer but you can just see that the man's head is in front of Marge's body. You will also see the clown's shoes walk over Homer's body before they update Homer's body correctly. (00:05:19)

The Heartbroke Kid - S16-E17

Revealing mistake: In the opening sequence's parody of the series where Bart becomes fat and comes out from school on his skateboard, he theoretically should go down the stairs, instead his silhouette suddenly climbs up on the wall next to him, revealing a mistake in the post-production's animation. Show generally

Revealing mistake: During the intro to some earlier episodes where Bart leaves the school, the scene pans down and the edge of the animation paper can be seen in a couple spots at the very bottom of the frame. It is blue in color. This error persisted through many seasons.

The Cartridge Family - S9-E5

TV Announcer: The Continental Soccer Association is coming to Springfield. It's all here: fast kicking, low scoring. And ties? You bet.
Bart: Hey Dad, how come you've never taken us to see a soccer game?
Homer: I don't know.
TV Announcer: You'll see all your favorite soccer stars. Like Arriaga, Arriaga II, Barriaga, Aruglia, and Pizzozza.
Homer: Oh, I've never heard of those people.
TV Announcer: And they'll all be signing autographs.
Homer: Woohoo!
TV Announcer: This match will determine once and for all which nation is the greatest on Earth. Mexico or Portugal.
