In the close-up where Anakin and Padmé disembark the boat, a man is carrying two big suitcases. In the next wide-shot, the man is carrying one big suitcase and a small one. The small one had already been carried away in the previous shot, where it can be seen standing in the upper right hand corner of the screen. See more...

In the original script, Jango Fett appeared in the Geonosian meeting room with Count Dooku and the other leading Separatists (that Obi-Wan is looking down into), but was removed from the final cut because the filmmakers didn't want to immediately give away that Dooku was the villain. See more...
Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones
Continuity: When Yoda and Mace listen to the Senate voting Palpatine emergency powers, Yoda starts on the top ledge nearest the Senate chamber. When the shot changes he has moved down onto a different ledge which wasn't there before.
