Mistakes
Right after Zam's speeder crashes near the bar and Anakin is chasing her through a crowd it shows a shot of him running really fast through the crowd. Then it cuts to her and back to him. When it cuts back to Anakin it is the exact same shot as the previous one. (You can tell because he passes a bright yellow light and then he puts his left hand on someone's shoulder as he passes them. All this repeats on the second shot.) See more...
Trivia
The tower where Dooku meets Sidious at the end of the movie is obviously incomplete (unfinished parts can be seen). It also looks very much like the Emperor's Citadel, briefly seen in the cutscenes of the Tie Fighter computer game (then, completed). See more...

People are fixated on Owen and C-3P0 not recognising each other in Episode 4, when they've been around each other in this film. Easy. The droids' memories get wiped at some point (presumably when they're sent with Padme and Bail Organa in a few years' time), and Owen either: experiences a lot of droids, and a few of them may have similar/identical names, or doesn't recognise C-3PO because he looks very different between Episodes 2 and 4, or else recognises them when we first see him in episode 4, but figures they won't remember him due to their memories being wiped, and him getting worked up over a couple of random droids would alert Luke's suspicions. Or any number of other explanations that Mr. Lucas may have planned - lots work.
Anakin Skywalker: I have a bad feeling about this.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: Well you've lost him.
Anakin Skywalker: I'm deeply sorry, Master...
Obi-Wan Kenobi: That was some "shortcut", Anakin. He went completely the other way! Once again you've proved...
Anakin Skywalker: If you'll excuse me. [Jumps out of the speeder.]
Obi-Wan Kenobi: I hate it when he does that.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: If you spent as much time practicing your saber techniques as you did your wit, you'd rival Master Yoda as a swordsman.
Anakin Skywalker: I thought I already did.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: Only in your mind, my very young apprentice.
Junkie: Do you wanna buy some death sticks?
Obi-Wan Kenobi: You don't want to sell me death sticks.
Junkie: I don't want to sell you death sticks.
Obi-wan Kenobi: You want to go home and rethink your life.
Junkie: I want to go home and rethink my life.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: [To Anakin] Why do I get the feeling you'll be the death of me?
Obi-Wan Kenobi: I was beginning to wonder if you'd got my message.
Anakin Skywalker: I retransmitted it to Coruscant, just as you requested, Master. Then we decided to come and rescue you.
[Obi-Wan glances up at his cuffed hands]
Obi-Wan Kenobi: Good job.
