When Spider-Man is chasing the crook with the gun, the crook shoots 7 times through the roof of the car. Shortly afterwards you can see 9 bullet holes in an overhead shot. As the scene moves along there is another overhead shot (just after Spider-Man jumps the bridge) - no bullet holes. Seconds later the bullet holes return. See more...
Trivia
The WTC was mostly edited out, but if you look close enough in three different scenes, you can still see it - a few images were left in in tribute. 1) When Peter is sitting on the Chrysler Building eagle, you can see 2 separate rows of lights next to the Empire State Building. 2) When it cuts to Spider-Man's face looking at the city, it is in his right eye. 3) At the end, when he is swinging on the flagpole (this one is the hardest to spot). In the scene where Parker is chasing the robber into the abandoned warehouse you see the a shot of the robber holding the gun in his left hand and carring the money bag in his right hand. However the next shot you see him load a clip into the gun with the bag in his left hand and the gun in his right hand.
