Mistakes
In the scene after Spider-Man stops the convenient store robbers, it shows a newspaper article. This article virtually repeats itself. Here's what you can read: "Witnesses claim an unknown masked man was seen exiting the Ling Deli after stopping two suspects from attempting to rob the establishment. Police spokesman John Young said "we've heard of Samaritans, but in 20 years I've never seen anything like this." The two suspects were taken to the county jail....(cutoff)....attempting to rob that same establishment. Trivia
In the scene where the board has fired Norman, the board member in the wheelchair is wearing a dark tie with thin colored stripes on it. Later on Peter is wearing this exact tie at Thanksgiving dinner. See more...
Spider-Man
Continuity: During the scene in which Peter is introduced to Norman Osborn in front of the museum, keep an eye on the Volvo parked behind the Rolls Royce. When the camera first faces Mr. Osborn (Willem Dafoe), the Volvo in the background has the window rolled halfway down. Camera switches to Peter and Harry, then back to Mr. Osborn. This time the window is all the way up. When the camera comes back to Mr. Osborn again, there is someone leaning in the window talking to the driver. The next time the camera comes back to Mr. Osborn, the window is again halfway down.
