While the group are trying to figure out how to play Halo without Howard, Leonard jokingly suggests cutting Raj in half. Raj responds, "Oh sure, cut the foreigner in half. But Penny is in the room with them and it's been established many times that Raj cannot talk when there are girls present (unless they are in a large group or he is drunk).
