Continuity mistake: During the car chase, the NSA's black SUV rams into Chuck's little car. The front license plate breaks off and is hanging on by one corner. When it's backing down the stairs, the plate has somehow reattached itself perfectly to the bumper. (00:29:20)
Continuity mistake: When Buckingham is about to be arrested, the camera is looking directly at him. At this angle, his black fur collar is flipped up, covering the neck of his white shirt. When the scene changes to a wide shot behind him, the collar is folded down. (00:35:00 - 00:35:50)

Other mistake: The "Fan of Hammers" has all the hammers pointed the same way. But when the hammer goes into the wall, it goes in backwards. It is also there through all the rest of the shows and even in season two, where in "iKiss" it has a black handle. (00:02:35)

Revealing mistake: When Rob grabs Critic and Malcolm and shoves their heads out the door to see that the world is on fire, both before and after it shows the clip of a city burning you can see in Malcolm's sunglasses the reflection of the perfectly fine and normal suburban street. Continuity mistake: In "Burple Nurples", Chowder is showing Gorgonzola the Burple Nurples, and there are houses and shops not too far behind Gorgonzola. Later, the camera zooms out, and the buildings are missing.
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Geoff is talking to Donald at the pool bar, just before Geoff swims off, a waiter appears from behind the bush in the background. In the next shot when Geoff swims off, the waiter should still be in shot, but has vanished. (00:14:40)

Continuity mistake: Pima Ryan is standing behind her Hasselblad camera, directing models on set. When the camera view changes her waist-level viewfinder goes from an upright position to being flattened down, without anyone touching it. (00:15:50)
Got Game?/Comet Kermilian - S1-E30
Continuity mistake: Candace is wearing a white crop-top and dark blue jeans in this episode, but when she goes to get ice-cream and because of Suzy falls into the cart, the cart begins moving and crashes into the tree. When Candace raises her head and upper torso out of the cart for a brief moment, she is wearing her usual red dress. But in the next shot, however, she is wearing her white crop-top and dark jeans again.
