Battlestar Galactica (1978) - Take the Celestra (S1 E23)
When the Celestra's joystick is hit by laser fire, it tips to the right and the ship lurches off course. An exterior shot shows the landing bay is pitch dark. When the ship is forced back on course, the next exterior shot shows the bay is very well lit.
