Nightmares - S3-E7
Visible crew/equipment: After Jaime goes after Malcolm, who was released again from the hospital, it cuts to Danny and Kate parked in the car across the street from the church, and when Kate opens her door the reflections of the camera and crew members are visible on the window.

Visible crew/equipment: After Prentiss and Morgan catch Eric and his girlfriend in the park it cuts to Prentiss and the girlfriend in the interrogation room, and as the camera tracks backward from the door's window we can see a nice reflection of the moving camera and also a crew member standing behind Hotchner.

Visible crew/equipment: When Mia asks her mom about the toughest hottest rocker chick, just as her mom says,"Oh, you're going as a rocker chick," and then "Bunny rabbit, what's up?" the reflection of the moving boom mic is visible on the glass cabinet at the left side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: While Annie, Miss Hannigan, and the inspector are in the bathroom, just as Annie says, "Bye, Mr Inspector," right above Miss Hannigan's hand we can see in the mirror's reflection that something dips into view, presumably the boom mic.

Visible crew/equipment: When the gunman tries to flee in the ambulance Jerry rams the truck into the vehicle to prevent his escape, and when Captain Grover pulls the gunman out of the ambulance, we can see the boom pole/mic's reflection moving on the windshield.

Visible crew/equipment: At Fin's house, while they're all sitting on the stairs, the moving shadow of the boom mic can be seen at the top right corner of the screen, particularly when Nova says, "We're out of ammo," and "You have a son too?"

Visible crew/equipment: When Fin tells Baz to drive faster while the police are pursuing them, just as Baz says, "Fast enough for ya?" we can see a crew member's arm and dark hair outside the vehicle, at the bottom right side of the screen, behind the side mirror.

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, when the drunk driver heads up the one-way street and causes two cars to fly over another car, the two ramps attached to the rear of the car are visible.

Visible crew/equipment: When Fin is gearing up on the bridge, just as he tosses the rope over the rail we can see a crew member's head as he's ducking down behind the rail to Fin's left (viewer's right).

Visible crew/equipment: When James Charles, the guidance counselor, says, "It could be someone you know, or it could be a stranger you pass at the grocery store," the actors' red T-marks are visible on the floor at Reid's and Gideon's feet. Then when Charles continues to say, "gathering information on the case," we can also see the actor's white T-mark beside the counselor's feet, where he will stand after he introduces Gideon.

Visible crew/equipment: After Sam/Jim tells Melinda that he'll be leaving and doesn't know how long he'll be gone, as he drives away the reflection of the large reflector screen can be seen on the pickup's vent window.

Visible crew/equipment: When Melinda heads out to go on a run, while she and Sam/Jim are standing beside her car, in the shots facing Sam/Jim we see Jim's face, actor David Conrad, and in the car window's reflection we see Sam's face, actor Kenneth Mitchell, which is deliberate for viewers since Jim's spirit is in Sam's body. But just as Melinda says, "He worked a lot of weird hours, and liked to sleep-in a lot," it's amusing that in the reflection we can see both actors - David Conrad walking and then standing behind Kenneth Mitchell, both of whom play the same role and are wearing the same grey T-shirt.

Visible crew/equipment: During the long car chase, after Freya tells Matt that he's an awful driver Matt makes a sharp right turn and the car chasing them stops short, and when they back the car up we can see the reflection of a crew member wearing a hat (perhaps the cameraman) on the car window.

Visible crew/equipment: When JJ and Derek get to the bar to talk to Harris Townsend, while they're still outside in the parking lot, right after Derek tells JJ not to turn her back on the door, the reflection of the moving camera can be seen on the pickup's back window as they walk to the door.

Visible crew/equipment: When the trailer park manager leads Rossi and Reid to Goehring's trailer, right after he tells Reid, "Piece of advice, pipe cleaner, way you're wearin' that gun...beggin' someone to take it off you," the cameraman and camera cast shadows on Reid as he walks by the camera.

Visible crew/equipment: After the last rescue it cuts to Roy as he says, "We'll catch you all a little later," and when Roy walks away we can see the actor's T-mark on the floor, where he was just standing.

Visible crew/equipment: While Talyn is flying towards the sun and everyone's screaming Talyn's name, we can see the puppeteer's arm going up into Rygel's sleeve at the left side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: When Stark and Sierjna go to Talyn's rudimentary pilot's den, notice that Stark's vest has suddenly developed five randomly placed grommet openings, which will be where Talyn's wiring will attach when Talyn bonds with Stark. And when Stark-Pilot says, "Talyn you will turn away, you must turn away," there's boom movement at the right and left of the screen. Also, later when Stark-Pilot flies Talyn closer to the sun to rescue Sierjna, and once she reappears, there's a shot from behind Stark-Pilot and we can see the long rod (not Talyn's wiring) that's behind his right leg attached to his pants, which is part of the support equipment to have Stark-Pilot hover.

Visible crew/equipment: After Miss Kizlet enters her office to find the walking base station Doctor sitting at her desk, as she walks around the motorbike lying on the broken glass, when this 'Doctor' says, "Yes, those still with bodies to go home to would be free," we can see the moving reflection of two crew members on the surface of the motorbike.

Visible crew/equipment: During the escape, Aeryn comments that there are too many fresh boot prints and they're not alone, then a few shots later after D'Argo shouts, "Get back! Get back!," in the next shot the springboard can be seen propelling a Peacekeeper stuntman.
