Hollywood Anniversary - S4-E24
Visible crew/equipment: After Lucy rushes out with the newspaper to tell Ethel about all the movie stars coming to the party, when Lucy returns to the suite and closes the door, we can see the arm of a crew member and a board with "DPI" (Desilu Productions Inc) on it, at the bottom right side of the screen, and a bit of equipment at the top right corner. Visible crew/equipment: After the intro, when Garvin tells Gia to go home, Data is standing on the stairs and the actor's green mark is somewhat visible at Data's feet. This green T-mark is clearer when Data hands Garvin the radioactive box he's carrying. Then, when Garvin walks over to the table, there's an orange T-mark on the ground. (00:04:55 - 00:07:40)

Visible crew/equipment: After Gia tells Data to remove his hood, he asks how long it will be until Skoran and the others return. Then, when Data tells her that he must hurry he takes a step forward, and a green tape mark is visible on the floor. (00:36:35)

Visible crew/equipment: While waiting for the new young doctor to arrive, June gives Beaver the glass of orange juice and heads downstairs. When June walks back into the kitchen just as Wally and Eddie enter the back door, there are multiple curved chalk marks visible on the floor. (00:14:25)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the finance committee meeting, when Clara walks into the office modelling the choir robe, the shadow of the boom mic is visible on the door, in the top right corner of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: Spock and Dr. Jones carry Koldos into his quarters, and when Spock walks over to the wall communicator to contact the bridge, the camera casts a shadow on the wall as it moves closer to Spock. (00:05:20)

Visible crew/equipment: While The Doctor and Zoe are on the SIDRAT, The Doctor expresses hope to get the hang of its controls. When the SIDRAT materializes, in the shot facing the door as The Doctor pokes his head out to exit, the camera turns toward the right and there's a reflection of the moving camera and the camera operator walking behind the camera, at the right side of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: While Sid is interrogated at the Victory, there are only four men in the room - Sid, Bud, Dudley, and Michael Breuning. After Bud finds the photos in Sid's trunk he drives off, leaving Sid alone in the room with Dudley and Michael Breuning. When Sid is lying on the floor and says, "You can uncuff me now, fellas," we can see a crew member's right hand holding something, at the right side of the screen. (01:45:10)
