In the next shot of them, the sheet is over Dan's shoulder and when he rolls over, the sheet is covering Allison's chest, before she pulls it up.

Continuity mistake: When Riggs is being questioned about his rifle, there's a shot of him from behind (after he puts his wallet away) where we see his holding his cup up with his right hand. In the next shot, his right hand is down and the cup is out of sight.

Continuity mistake: When Ben is in the prison cell and one guy asks him if the other prisoner can be trusted, Ben folds his arms. In the next shot, Ben folds his arms again.

Continuity mistake: When Four bangs on the table and the silverware is jostled, there's nothing under his arm or by the plate. In the next shot of him a spoon is next to his arm and the plate. And when he is leaving, items on the table change too, such as the position of the glass of water that was next to Tris.

Continuity mistake: When Woody pulls the lever to shock Steve, right before Steve sees the global warming disaster, he breaks the handle and it's in the up/on position. After the vision, in the wide shot, the handle is no longer broken and in the down position. In the next shot it's back up and broken.

Continuity mistake: When Malloy takes a bite of the lollipop, he does so at the top. When Ethel takes it, the bite is still at the top. But in the next shot, the bite is to the side. Also, when the lollipop is turned over to the other side, the direction the "swirls" go in remains the same. Since it's the opposite side, the direction should go the opposite way.

Continuity mistake: When Bortus knocks Kitan into the turnbuckle, her arms slip to the 2nd rope. But in the next shot of her, her arms are now on the top rope.

Continuity mistake: When Cutter is approaching the fence on the motorcycle, you can see a chain and lock around the middle. However, in shots from the other side of the fence, there is no chain seen around the middle.

Continuity mistake: After Cutter crashes through the fence, you see the black box with the antenna that was sitting on the back of the motorcycle fall off. When he gets to the fairground, the black box is back on the back of the motorcycle.

Continuity mistake: When Cutter takes out the first terrorist in the bathroom, you can see the toilet seat is down (and the lid is up). When Cutter pushes him through the bathroom door, the seat and lid are both up. The seat is back down when the terrorist's head is dunked.

Continuity mistake: During the flashback with Peck and his boss, Greta, he pushed the glass door open and is seen walking into the room. In the next shot Greta walks in the room and Peck is behind her and he walks into the room again. Also, the way the door was opened changed to be pulled open.

Continuity mistake: When The Barracuda is seen approaching the island on the jet ski, and everyone's watching her, she's standing up. In the next shot she's sitting down. She's back to standing in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: At the end when Rose is showing David the video of Kenny, only 8 seconds have played. The shot changes to Rose and David for less than 3 continuous seconds and then back to the video. However, the timer now shows 40 seconds have played.

Fidelity - S5-E16

Continuity mistake: When Marcus and Joan are watching Gephardt's video, he says he's taken lives. At this point the play bar is by his fingers. It cuts to Marcus and Joan, and we hear the video continue to play for more than 12 seconds. When it cuts back to the video, the play bar is nearly in the same position, when it should be well past his hands and near his elbow.
