Continuity mistake: When Dexter is killing Stan Beaudry, the drop of Beaudry's blood encompasses the width of the blood slide when the two pieces of the slide are pressed together, but then goes to being roughly half the size when the shot changes.

Continuity mistake: The layout of Frank and Carol's house is inconsistent with the exterior shots. The driveway as seen from their backyard is more shallow and narrow than what is shown in the exterior shots, and the stairway to the left of their front door has a window halfway up, but the exterior shot shows a low section of roof that would completely obscure any window.

Continuity mistake: After Topanga draws a lipstick heart around her face and Shawn says "Use a mirror, babe," a closeup is shown of Topanga smiling at Shawn and you can see Cory has lipstick on his forehead before Topanga has drawn it on him. (00:20:30)

The Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day (2009)
Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the first film, Connor and Murphy sustain gunshot wounds from Il Duce in the right leg and left arm respectively, which they are later shown cauterizing with an iron. However there are a few instances in this film where we see Murphy's entire left arm and he has no scarring or blistered flesh whatsoever.

Continuity mistake: Gambit is the central character in the previous episode "Slave Island", and is on the Blackbird with the rest of the team when they arrive at the destroyed X-Mansion. However, the very next episode begins where "Slave Island" left off, and Gambit is conspicuously missing from the episode.
