Other mistake: When the shuttles dock we see a close up of one docking, on the side of the shuttle is the hatch which completely misses the docking arm but we hear the sound of it making contact.
Revealing mistake: During the boat chase in the jungle, in several of the front shots of Bond's boat you can see the wake from the camera boat in front of him.
Factual error: When the space station starts to rotate to generate artificial gravity, the crews from the space shuttles can be seen walking along the tunnels. The gravity would be pulling them back towards the shuttles - acting outwards from the center of the space station.
Visible crew/equipment: During the speed boat chase you can see the charges floating in the water - they are black squares/rectangular.
Revealing mistake: During the speed boat chase Jaws waves the 2nd boat past. The boat goes from right to left and the camera boat goes left to right - in the background you can see the wake from the camera boat. It's doing a 360 degree turn, completely different to the one Jaws is on.
Revealing mistake: During the boat chase in the Amazon the second boat blows up twice and is moving very fast but the third explosion shows the boat stationary with no time to stop.
Continuity mistake: When Bond and Goodhead are in the back of the ambulance the interior does not match the outside - the windows are a different shape and the roof is too high.
Revealing mistake: When Moonraker 6 jettisons its small fuel pods, the one on the right has a visible wire behind it.
Continuity mistake: There's not enough time for Drax to say his goodbyes to Bond and then get to the cockpit of Moonraker 5 in the same time that Bond sets up his watch to blow the vent.
Visible crew/equipment: When Bond changes from gondola to hover mode, look at the wooden posts in front of him. You can see the water jets supplying the bubbly water to simulate hover mode.
Continuity mistake: When Jaws bites through the cable car cable, the angle of the cable shows it to be in the top station. Yet he then travels up in a cable car to reach Bond and Dr Goodhead.
Continuity mistake: When Bond kills the python, Jaws pulls Bond out of the pond and Jaws' trousers are dripping wet. But when Jaws walks into the shuttle control centre, his trousers appear to be completely dry.
Continuity mistake: When Bond is looking at the Drax aeroplane in Rio, he sees Holly through the telescope. You can see she has both hands on the telescope, but when Bond puts his left hand on hers, the camera cuts away and she has only her right hand on the telescope.
Continuity mistake: During the cable car fight, Bond and Holly put Jaws through the sunroof and Bond slams the sunroof shut. But when we see a camera shot of Jaws from above, the sunroof is open.
Continuity mistake: During the speed boat sequence, Jaws has two colleagues wearing yellow on the boat he is on, but when the speed boat goes over the waterfall, the two men have disappeared.
Continuity mistake: Chang watches Bond leaves the room in which he found the safe. When Bond walks away from the room, we see Chang's real profile standing up, but in the next shot he's back crouching in the corner again.
Continuity mistake: When the Minister of Defence sees Bond and Holly making love in the space shuttle, he leans forward on his chair. In the next shot, he is sitting straight and leans forward a second time.
Continuity mistake: When one of the NASA controllers says "We have audio visual" in the control room, look at the Mission Control Director. You can see that he has his hands clasped together, but in the very next shot his hands are separated.
Continuity mistake: When Drax throws two pieces of meat at his Doberman Pinschers, one piece lands by the leg of one of the dogs. But when Drax clicks his fingers to signal the dogs to eat the meat, the piece has moved in front of the dog's face.
Suggested correction: No reason why the dog couldn't have moved the piece of meat closer to its face off-screen.
The whole idea of that scene is to show how obedient the dogs were and how well trained they are. Drax says that to Bond in the scene so the dogs wouldn't touch the meat at all until Drax gave the signal by clicking his fingers.
Audio problem: While Bond fights against Chan in the basement, Bond pushes him against a table covered in papers. Chan falls backwards but a frame later the table is broken and the papers are all over the place. The sound of the previous crash is missing.
