Continuity: At the beginning, Nix threatens young Dorthea with a real madrill, but that's all we see of it. It's never shown being put away, and it's not there when Swann and his crew break in to incapacitate Nix.

Continuity: When Bakula's character and Swann's assitant are in the car and the assistant performs the trick with the flower, when he makes the flower disappear, you can clearly see it fall into his sleeve and just sit there at the top.

Continuity: D'Amour visits one of Swann's friends, Jennifer Desidario, in a mental hospital. After their encounter, she run out to the street, and promptly gets struck by a passing car. If this hospital contains manic depressives like her, don't you think it would be wise to erect wall, or even a chain link fence around the complex?
