Continuity mistake: D'Amour visits one of Swann's friends, Jennifer Desidario, in a mental hospital. After their encounter, she run out to the street, and promptly gets struck by a passing car. If this hospital contains manic depressives like her, don't you think it would be wise to erect wall, or even a chain link fence around the complex?

Nix (The Puritan) is revived. Nix kills his loyal followers saying "none of you are worthy!" He's about to drop Dorothea down this pit but Harry saves her. Nix kills Swann but in his last moments, levitates Harry and he pushes Nix down this pit. Nix goes bye bye and burns. Harry and Dorothea are the only survivors.
