Quotes

Troy Bolton: East High is a place where teachers encouraged us to break the status quo and define ourselves as we choose. Where a jock can cook up a mean crème brulee, and a brainiac can break it down on the dance floor. It's a place where one person, if it's the right person, changes us all. East High is having friends we'll keep for the rest of our lives, and that means we really are 'all in this together'. Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat!

Entry Over a thousand extras appear in the graduation scene.
Entry Stan Ellsworth, who briefly plays big, burly Mr. Riley, has an interesting personal history that is hardly known. After high school, he was in the US Marine Corp for eight years, and was honorably discharged with the rank of First Sergeant. Then after receiving a BA in history, Stan played for the NFL's Detroit Lions and the Seattle Seahawks, but after an injury he became a coach and defensive coordinator. Some years later Stan went back to school and received a PhD in Sports Psychology and a Masters degree in Organizational Communication. Doctor Stan Ellsworth (remember the PhD), has also taught history to Highland High School students in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Entry David Reivers, who plays Mr. Danforth in this film, is the real-life father of Corbin Bleu, who plays Chad Danforth. They have played father and son in two other TV films, Jump In! (2007) and Free Style (2008).
