The scene in which Jay and Silent Bob are in Ben Affleck's house, you can see posters all over his place (behind the basketball hoop, next to the stairs, etc.) with the word "Nails" on them. "Nails" were the cigarette advertising posters seen in Dogma and again in Clerks 2.

In the scene where Jay and Bob are inside the Animal Testing Lab and find the tranquilizer gun, if you look at the box, it clearly says "BRAKE glass in case of emergency"... which should read "Break glass...." [If you watch the commentary you will hear Kevin Smith say that it was spelled "BRAKE" deliberately. It is sort of the set designer's trademark, he makes a deliberate mistake on all of his sets. So, yes it is a spelling mistake, but was done on purpose.]
