Dredd (2012)

Trivia: Throughout the entire film, Dredd only refers to Anderson by name three times: Once during the drug bust before they arrest Kay, again after she reads Kay's mind, and finally, right before Dredd tells Anderson her assessment is over. Every other time, he calls her "Rookie."

The One With The Soap Opera Party - S9-E20

Other mistake: In the opening credits, the word "Teleplay" is misspelled as "Telelplay."

Brad

Continuity mistake: When Kylo Ren is trying to read Rey's mind, there is a closeup of Rey saying "Get out of my head!" During this shot, there are tear streaks running down her face. In the rest of the scene, these tear streaks are gone.

The Excelsior Acquisition - S3-E16

Brad

Trivia: When Joshua calls the KSI technician to ask what the blast range of the Seed is, the technician's ringtone is the Transformers theme song.

Brad

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Cade, Shane, Tessa and Lucas are running away from Lockdown, they leave Shane's car behind. After Lockdown's grenade detonates, the car is nowhere to be found in the aftermath.

Kirk: The enemy of my enemy is my friend.
Spock: An Arabic proverb attributed to a prince who was betrayed and decapitated by his own subjects.
Kirk: Still, it's a hell of a quote.

Brad

Trivia: One of the KSI Transformer prototypes transforms into a Cadillac Cien, which is the same car Tom Lincoln drove in The Island, also directed by Michael Bay.

Brad

Other mistake: During the introduction of Attinger, he is holding cards of the Autobots explaining what happened to them. One such card is of Ironhide, listed as last seen in Chicago. Ironhide was killed in Washington DC at NEST headquarters by Sentinel Prime in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. He didn't even participate in the Chicago battle.

Brad

Continuity mistake: During the scene in which Tessa is hanging onto the wires suspended above the skyscraper, Lockdown's dogs start crawling on the wires behind her. The dogs then disappear in the next closeup of Tessa, only to reappear in the next shot.

Question: In the dark future where Sentinels rule all, Xavier and Magneto say that in 1973, Mystique assassinated Trask and was subsequently captured, tortured and presumably killed, leading to the Sentinels' creation. All fine and good, except in a world where Mystique has been dead for 50 years, how did the other X-Men movies happen? Mystique played a large part in those films, and when young Xavier reads Logan's mind, he sees the events of X-Men 3 almost uninterrupted.

Answer: Evidently she wasn't killed. It took the manufacturers of the Sentinels decades to create Sentinels that could adapt to mutant powers. They likely wouldn't kill Mystique as she would be more useful to them alive, and she probably escaped.

Serious B

Plot hole: When Ethan meets the Secretary in the car, he tells him that Hendricks was seen leaving the Kremlin with the nuclear launch device and deduces that he is Cobalt. The Secretary then gives Ethan the flash drive containing his mission, which Ethan reads on the train. Ethan then tells the rest of the team that - according to the mission - IMF believes that Hendricks is Cobalt and was seen leaving the Kremlin with the launch device - hence why he needs to buy the launch codes from Moreau. How could IMF have known about this information to put it on the drive, given that Ethan just told the Secretary in the car?

Crash: This next song goes out to the guy who keeps yelling from the balcony. It's called "We Hate You, Please Die."
Wallace: Sweet! I love this one!

The Dark Knight (2008)

Question: How did Dent figure out that Lau was dirty? Before the rooftop scene, where he yells at Gordon for not keeping him in the loop, there was never any indication that Dent was aware of Lau's dirty dealings.

Answer: Lau transferred all the mob bosses' money to China and fled to Hong Kong, because he said the DA's office was about to raid the banks. So if Dent's office was keeping tabs on the mob accounts in preparation for the raid, they would have detected the transfers and linked them to Lau.

The Vacation Solution - S5-E16

Clerks 2 (2006)

Trivia: Not a mistake, but something to notice. As Jay puts the Jackson 5 tape in the boom box, he has difficulty putting it in. As he keeps doing this, you can see Jason Mewes smile. It's not a mistake for Jay to smile, but it's worth pointing out.

Midnight - S1-E18

Plot hole: When interrogating Boone, Olivia shows him a photo of a body with the spine torn out in the woods. This body hasn't been found yet, as a later scene has Olivia and Peter go to the same location and find the body. You can tell it's the same body because the shirt is the same in both the picture and the crime scene.
