Continuity: When Sam and Mikaela handcuff all the agents, Sam is wearing a black short-sleeved tee shirt atop a blue long-sleeved tee, before putting on the hoodie. We see the dark tee sticking out when he and Mikaela climb onto Prime. Then moments later, Sam is wearing ONLY a long white short-sleeved (we see it has short sleeves when Bumblebee gives him the All Spark later, through a tear in the hoodie sleeve) tee shirt under his hoodie, when he falls from Prime, when he witnesses Bumblebee's capture and thereafter. (Earlier, after he knocks Mikaela off the moped, from that point on there is a very large hole at the back of his blue and black tees, where we see his skin under the jagged material edges, with no white material seen anywhere. We also see no sign of a long white undershirt at any time when Sam's dark tees go up, during his many action shots.)

Directed by Michael Bay, starring Anthony Anderson, Hugo Weaving, Jon Voight, Josh Duhamel, Megan Fox, Shia LaBeouf (add more)
Continuity: Odd how Mikaela is not wearing her stud earrings when Sam leaves her to go to Bumblebee and she spots the tow truck across the street, and also when she arrives in the tow truck and says, "Sam, help me with this." Yet, she is wearing them between those shots, when she breaks into the tow truck and hotwires it, and in the prior and following shots.
Deliberate "mistake": When Frenzy attacks Sam, the teenager wears straight leg jeans with a narrow leg opening (not boot cut) and thick-soled Nikes, seen in numerous shots, as he kicks at the Decepticon. After the cut to Mikaela (who finds the reciprocating saw), during which Frenzy has already pulled off the bottom of Sam's jeans, Sam continues to kick and scream just before he gets up and runs. Problem is Sam still wears both thick-soled Nikes, neither of which slipped off as Frenzy maniacally pulled the jeans, with narrow leg openings, from his kicking legs/feet. Impossible even in the best of circumstances.
Visible crew/equipment: When Sam is talking to Mikaela's boyfriend, you can see the camera and crew reflected in the Hummers mirrors.
Other: During the chase scene on the highway, when Sam says, "It's the same cop," they pan to a wide shot to show the whole freeway with the cars on it. All of the vehicles are on the wrong side of the freeway. When looking out of the back of his car, you can see the fronts of all of the cars coming towards the camera, and you can see the text on the signs facing the camera as well. You can also see crowds on the flyover, watching the filming.
Continuity: After class when Sam rushes to his father, who is waiting in his car, and tells him that he got an A-, the license plate is affixed to the front bumper. At the start of the next shot, the front license plate is gone, but it then reappears when they arrive at Bobby B's.
Visible crew/equipment: During the attack on Hoover Dam, after Simmons rejects Sam's request to be brought to Bumblebee, when Simmons tells Lennox to drop his weapon, in the next overhead wideshot the grey tape marker between Lennox's and Simmons's feet is visible, as well as the tape marker at Secretary Keller's feet.
Factual error: Mikaela hot wires the tow truck by twisting two conveniently exposed and very long wires together. Allowing that this could work at all in a modern vehicle, it can't steer until the ignition lock is turned or removed, neither of which she does.
Continuity: When Banachek shows Secretary Kellar the photo of Blackout from Qatar, the photo is a photo taken of the transformer in the Beagle 2 video. It's not the photo Epps took of Blackout. You can tell because Blackout has a box-shaped body and the transformer in the photo has a slender body.
Visible crew/equipment: After Glen sends the message, the soldier says, "Sir, I have authenticated air strike order from Sec Def.," In the next shot, just as Prime's silver bumper beneath the grille comes into view, the reflection of the crewmember who is standing on the filming vehicle's camera platform, beside the mounted camera, is visible on the right side.
Continuity: When Mikela hotwires the tow truck, it has an automatic gearshift. Later, when she is driving and Bumblebee is shooting, look closely, it's now a manual transmission.
Visible crew/equipment: On the way to Mission City, just before Sam spots Optimus Prime, when the camera shows the front of Optimus Prime the camera truck/operator is reflected on the bumper.
Visible crew/equipment: When Sam rushes to his waiting father after class and tells him about the A- they drive off. In the next close-up shot the filming vehicle, with its top mounted crane and camera at its front end, are reflected on the car's surface as they drive past, before pulling into the Porsche lot. As this shot continues, when they drive onto the Porsche lot, the filming vehicle directly behind them (note its headlights), is reflected on the large windows in front of them and when Sam is told he isn't really getting a Porsche the filming vehicle, which is now beside them, is reflected on the window to their left.
Visible crew/equipment: When Scorponok is damaged by the 105-shells in Qatar, as the camera is moving behind the soldiers, you can see the camera shadow moving on the wall to the left of the screen.
Continuity: Mikaela and Sam are handcuffed with their hands behind their backs, when Simmons explains to Prime that there are S-Seven protocols. In the overhead shot Simmons, Mikaela and Sam begin to exit the car and when it cuts to a close-up of Mikaela still exiting, she is already uncuffed and also has keys to unlock Sam's cuffs.
Continuity: After Mikaela and Sam walk away from all the handcuffed agents, when we hear an Autobots shout, "Optimus! Incoming!" the railroad crossing post is visible behind the Autobots, but Agent Simmons is not handcuffed to it. Then, when we hear, "Roll out!" Agent Simmons is handcuffed to that post as he should be.
Factual error: In the beginning scenes which take place in Qatar (not Bahrain), you can see tall mountains all around in the background. Qatar is surrounded by desert and a few hills such as Tuwayyir al Hamir that are up to about 325 ft in height, but it has NO tall mountains. All filming locations are in the US. (Topography of Qatar)
Visible crew/equipment: At Hoover Dam, after the salute, when Defense Secretary Keller speaks with Lennox and Epps, the reflection of the white reflector screen is visible on Keller's glasses. What's more, the boom mic's reflection is actually visible within the reflector screen's reflection. Two for the price of one.
Visible crew/equipment: After the agents are handcuffed, when the Autobots transform into their respective vehicle modes as one of them says, "Roll out!", there are three black ramps positioned in front of the sidewalk, which were not there before. The Autobots use them when driving up onto the sidewalk.
Visible crew/equipment: After Bumblebee locks its doors with Mikaela and Sam inside, the Camaro speeds past Barricade and does a 180° spin. Just before the shot cuts away, as the passenger door first opens there is a perfect view of the back right tire, where we can see the stunt cable attached to under the tire.
