Revealing: In the final battle, Captain Lennox is going to shoot Blackout. He gets on a motorcycle, goes really fast, and then slides off the bike and down the street. While he is sliding, he shoots Blackout. When Lennox gets to his feet, you can see his back, and his shirt is not worn away at all. It isn't even discolored.

Transformers (2007) - 131 mistakes
Directed by Michael Bay, starring Anthony Anderson, Hugo Weaving, Jon Voight, Josh Duhamel, Megan Fox, Shia LaBeouf (add more)
Revealing: When Blackout is destroying the base in Qatar, a few Humvees get flipped over, and none of them have engines in them.
Continuity: Mikaela begins cuffing the undershirt/boxer wearing Agent Simmons arms around a post in the wideshot, then it cuts to the close-up, as she handcuffs the dark suit wearing right wrist of one agent to the dark suit wearing left wrist of another agent. Then in the two following shots we see that she and Sam have actually just cuffed the undressed Agent Simmons left wrist to the dark suit wearing second agent.
Visible crew/equipment: As Barricade and Bumblebee are fighting, when Frenzy attacks Sam and pulls off his pants, the padded black knee guard (with a white stripe at the top and bottom) that Sam wears on his right leg is visible when he is lying on his back, just after he shouts, "He's gonna kill me!" It's gone in the previous and following shots.
Continuity: When Maggie arrives at Glen's house, in the shot facing him as he shouts at his grandmother, Maggie's open empty right hand is up just as it cuts to the next shot, but now her compact is in her right hand.
Continuity: During Sam's family genealogy report, when he holds up Captain Witwicky's glasses to show the class, there are cracks in certain areas of both lenses. Those cracks actually change position and characteristics when we see the glasses elsewhere in the film, such as on eBay and when Prime explains their importance to Sam and Mikaela when they first meet.
Continuity: In the junkyard when Bumblebee is trying to get away form the "cop", after Bumblebee locks the doors with Sam and Mikaela inside, the windows continually change from being up and down.
Continuity: During the final battle, Sam and Mikaela tie Bumblebee down to the truck. When Mikaela says, "No matter what happens, I'm really glad I got in that car with you," Bumblebee is gone.
Visible crew/equipment: When Banachek and Simmons are talking to Sam at the entrance of the Hoover Dam, you can see the white lighting panels reflected in their sunglasses.
Continuity: In this movie, we see a close up shot of Mikaela's hands in three separate scenes. The first is a shot from behind Mikaela and Sam where they grasp hands and the camera closes in on that. You see Mikaela's short nails, with chipped red polish. The second time we see her hands is a shot where she covers her open mouth with both of her hands in shock. Her nails are unpolished. Finally, the third time is during the ending sequence where both she and Sam have been thrown to the ground near each other. Mikaela stretches her hand toward him, they touch fingertips, and the red nail polish is back.
Continuity: When Mikaela looks under Bumblebee's hood, in close-up shots, her tummy is shiny and oily. In other shots, it is completely dry.
Audio problem: Before they leave for Mission City, Lennox tells Keller, "Sir, you gotta figure out some way to get word out..." Then in the next shot, as Lennox shouts, "Let's move!," his mouth stays open - not forming the "m" with his lips to produce the word "move", which we hear very clearly (it looks as if he really said, "Let's go!"). Changes in dialogue are done during ADR and often are not in sync with mouth movements seen onscreen.
Continuity: When Simmons leads the way into the room with the old Army radio console, he pushes open the massive doors with Keller and the rest behind him (we see the very distinctive wall opposite those doors). When Frenzy pays them a visit at those doors, just as Simmons shouts, "Burn, you little sucker!" in the overhead shot, that side of the doors (in the hallway) is once again visible, only they look completely different now.
Visible crew/equipment: In the aerial shot, as Starscream flies past the glass building with the names "Deloitte and Touche" (before his first attack on those in Mission City), we see the reflection of the filming helicopter behind Starscream, just beneath the names.
Visible crew/equipment: When Sam tries to hand off the All Spark, the chopper is shot down by Starscream. When the chopper wreckage flies over Sam lying on the ground, the black protective gear is visible between Sam's pants and tee shirt.
Visible crew/equipment: After Sam is interrogated by Barricade, when Sam knocks Mikaela off her moped the black protective gear that Mikaela wears is visible. It is gone when she gets in the car with Sam.
Continuity: At the Pentagon, when Maggie is sitting with her team of 'experts' and one suggests Iran, in the shot facing Maggie's back her file folder is closed and lying on the table in front of her, but in the next shot, she closes the open folder. Between these two shots, the analyst to her right goes from holding his headset by his ear, to holding a pen on the book in front of him.
Continuity: When Sam and his parents are being arrested by the Sector 7 officers, inside the house Sam is wearing a blue Strokes t-shirt over a long sleeved shirt. When the shot changes and Sam and his parents are being led in hand cuffs to the police cars, a brown sweatshirt is tucked between Sam's left arm and his back due to the handcuffs. In the next shot, Sam is wearing the brown sweatshirt as he says a line of dialogue. The camera cuts to Agent Simmons of Sector 7, then goes back to Sam, who is now wearing the Strokes shirt and the brown sweatshirt is draped over his left shoulder.
Continuity: When Jazz uses his magnetic hand to remove some of the guns from the Sector 7 people, the guns fly into his palm, but in the next shot, his hand is down and there are no guns in his hand or on the ground. He couldn't have put his hand down or thrown the guns away that fast between the shots.
Continuity: When the SUVs arrive at the Hoover Dam, the lead car pulls up to the curb and the doors open directly in front of the first elevator tower (there are four, which are seen in overhead shots), on its right, with the two Nevada intake towers well ahead of the SUV, on its left. Next close-up, however, as Sam exits the SUV the vehicle is now parked farther up the road, directly in front of the Nevada intake towers to its left and closer to the second elevator tower. Note the yellow pedestrian walkway markings (leading to the Nevada intake towers) the SUV is parked on in the second shot.
