Continuity mistake: When we see Cody drawing at home we first see him sitting in a brown chair. Suddenly the chair is black. (00:12:40)
Continuity mistake: When Father Muldoon arrives he lights two candles on a table. The candles weren't on the table earlier, but they suddenly appear after Muldoon knocks on the door (visible on the far left side of the screen when Cindy approaches the door). Then they disappear and appear again. (00:12:45)
Continuity mistake: When Cindy is about to pick up the stack up paper you see Cody drawing on a piece of paper which lies close to the stack. When it cuts Cody's drawing is gone. (00:12:45)
Continuity mistake: When Cindy enters the room as Cody is drawing, there's a wide shot of the table, and you can see the crayons around a pile of paper on the table. She then picks up the pile of paper, and as she picks it up, the crayons around the pile are different. (00:12:45)
Continuity mistake: When Cindy spots the pile of papers on Cody's desk you see the pile is disorderly. But in the next shot when she picks the pile up it is in perfect order. (00:12:50)
Continuity mistake: When Father Muldoon is knocking on Cindy's door, she walks towards it. It is a frosted glass door, but you should be able to see if someone is standing behind it. We can't see Muldoon standing there at all. It cuts to Cindy opening the door, and then back to Muldoon standing in the door opening. We can also see a painting in the hall, and when Cindy closes the door we can see the painting through the glass door. How come we didn't see Muldoon? (00:13:15)
Continuity mistake: When father Muldoon has arrived and asked where Cody is, there is a shot of the table where Cody just sat and you can also see a shelf on the wall. Later, when Cindy comes back home and finds George lying unconscious over the table the shelf is different and is screwed on higher up the wall. (00:13:35 - 00:43:35)
Continuity mistake: When the Catholic priest comes to "babysit" Cody, he lights 2 candles but a few seconds later, only 1 is lit. (00:13:40)
Audio problem: When Cindy thanks Father Muldoon and leaves, there is a door closing sound effect. The shot cuts to the door and the 'closing' effect continues, but the door isn't moving at all. (00:13:45)
Continuity mistake: During the rap contest some guys gun goes off by accident and he gets thrown out. But still he reappears in some shots. (00:14:25)
Continuity mistake: Before the rap contest when George removes his headset and looks into the mirror, you can see the hood of his jumper hanging over the jacket on his left shoulder. When it cuts from behind him you can see the reflection in the mirror that the hood is tucked in under the jacket and no longer hanging over his shoulder. (00:14:35)
Audio problem: When George is throwing up you can hear the vomit sound at the same time as he is spitting. (00:14:45)
Continuity mistake: When George runs into the toilet throwing up you see him holding both his hands on each side of the door opening. When it cuts he hold his arms in front of him. (00:14:45)
Continuity mistake: When George is done throwing up you can see he has got some vomit around his mouth. The amount and position of the vomit changes between the shots. (00:14:50)
Continuity mistake: Right after Mahalik says to George he would do anything for him, CJ is looking at Mahalik quite shocked. When it cuts, CJ is looking at George. (00:16:25)
Continuity mistake: When George says "... whitey-hating gangsters" to Mahalik, CJ's cap change position between the shots. (00:16:30)
Continuity mistake: Right after Mahalik has bounced CJ to the ground, you can see a person wearing a blue cap and a guy with a toothpick in his mouth standing close to each other. When it cuts, there is an obvious gap between them. (00:16:40)
Continuity mistake: The first rapper in the rap contest is holding the microphone with two fingers. When it cuts to a wider shot, he is holding the microphone with three fingers. (00:16:45)
Visible crew/equipment: Right before the Rap Battle and George is talking to CJ and Mahalik. During the entire scene you can see a boom mike hovering over George for most of the time, it then moves over to CJ. (00:16:50)
Continuity mistake: When the first rapper is done you see him holding the microphone in his left hand. When it cuts he hasn't got it in his left hand anymore. (00:16:55)
Answer: Nope. Parodies aren't usually covered by copyright laws as they are generally considered to be as example of fair usage, provided that it can be demonstrated that the copyrighted material was used in a manner that is considered to be a commentary, ridicule or criticism of that material.
