Audio problem: When Toxie is chasing Julie, Julie runs into a room, locks the door and puts a plank of wood to secure the door. As she does, she cries and whimpers, yet her mouth doesn't move.
Continuity mistake: When Melvin is putting the cream and ice cream on one of the robber's face, the bowls and bottles, and the (ice) cream on the robbers face all keep changing position.
Bruce: I heard that the monster is soooo big.
Chauncey: Well I bet he's got his eye on ME.
Bruce: For your information, everyone knows monsters prefer blondes.
Trivia: A young Vincent D'Onofrio was cast to play the part of Bozo in the first Toxic Avenger film; however, before filming began, D'Onofrio brashly asked for a pay raise and was immediately fired. D'Onofrio was replaced by actor Gary Schneider.
