Revealing mistake: At the beginning, when people are walking through the metal detector and on the screen it shows them nude, the background is different on the screen. For example, the screen shows two people sitting down, but there are no people sitting down. (00:02:35)

Revealing mistake: At one point during the scene in the mental hospital when the doctor is talking to Stryker, a nurse in the background is inserting a tube into a patient's mouth, but if you look closely, you can see a separate funnel where the tube is actually going. (00:09:40)

Revealing mistake: When Striker tells McCroskey that he is in the cockpit, McCroskey repeats the name many times and turns to the man behind him saying "Striker" one last time. The man then thinks he said "strike her", so he strikes the woman next to him. You can see the strike misses the woman but she still reacts to it and you can still hear it. (00:50:05)

Revealing mistake: The doctors who are beating up the patient at the Ronald Reagan hospital are actually hitting the mattress. One of them on the left keeps waiting for the patient to move away to avoid hitting him.
