Visible crew/equipment: In the shot where Austin is on the bed with the twins, the one on Austin's left lifts up her ankle on the bed. There is a cable visibly stuck on her shoe. It slips off after about a second.

Continuity: The rearview mirror of the BMW Mini is visible during the exterior shots of the car. However, in all the interior shots it's gone.

Continuity: In the scene at the start of the film where Dr. Evil is having a laugh with everyone, you can see in one shot that Scott's hand position changes slightly.

Visible crew/equipment: In the opening scene where Austin is parachuting down to the Shaguar, there's a shot where you can see the Shaguar driving along without a driver. Notice that the driver seat is much bigger than the passenger seat, it's obviously somebody inside the seat driving the car.

Continuity: In the scene when Austin is in the laundry basket, sumo wrestlers put their diapers in the basket. Black, gold,and Fat Bastard's diapers are the colors although when Austin smells Fat Bastard's diaper, to the right to him is a silver diaper. No sumo wrestler put a silver one in there.

Revealing: When Austin first sees Foxxy in the nightclub, she is singing with two back up girls and doing the same dance moves as the back up singers are doing. You clearly see that the back up singers dance to the right and Foxxy goes to the left, then corrects herself.

Continuity: When Austin and Mini Me are doing the famous shadow scene in this movie, Mini Me blows up a rubber glove and as you can see Austin has his back facing the camera, but when they show the shadow they are casting Austin is facing the opposite way.

Continuity: Whenever Goldmember undresses. it causes a gold glow to light up the surrounding area. Later on in the movie when he reveals the 'second key', it stops producing this effect.

Continuity: When Austin and Foxxy are in the Shaguar lookin at photos of Mr. Robato, there is one pic of Robato and Goldmember inside the factory. That picture is a frame from when you actually see the two in the factory loading Preparation H and Goldmember receiving the key.

Continuity: Whenever there is a scene inside the submarine, you can see that the front is just Dr. Evil's face sticking out from the wall. However, from the shots outside the submarine, you can see that there is a whole head connected to the neck instead of sticking out of the wall.

Continuity: When Austin is driving with Foxxy and Nigel he is wearing a pink and black striped suit. When they almost hit the bus the stunt driver is wearing a dark blue suit.

Factual error: After Fat Bastard's sumo match he goes to the toilet -- a Western style toilet. The sumo arena, especially the locker room area, would be traditionally Japanese. There is no way that a Western style, sit down toilet would be found there. What we should see is a silhouette of Fat Bastard squatting down over a Japanese style toilet which is like a trough in the floor.

Continuity: During the fight scene between Austin and Mini Me, Austin knocks over a lamp and it lands directly in front of the coffee table. A couple of shots later it is now off to the side of the table.

Continuity: At the end of the movie, as everyone is standing up in the cinema and Thin Bastard shouts "Hey Powers," you can see the stand-in actor playing Dr. Evil as he turns to face Mini Me.

Continuity: When Goldmember first drives into the submarine, you can see some boxes and tanks to the right of the submarine, when Austin and Foxxy arrive when the sub submerges, the boxes and tanks have disappeared.

Continuity: In the scene in Dr. Evil's secret Hollywood lair the people behind the shot of Scott disappear and reappear several times. A woman sitting on a couch sits alone, but in the next shot she is sitting with a man reviewing files. The man disappears several times.

Continuity: In the room with the fountain in the factory, there is a plant next to each of the 3 doors (Research, Offices and Factory). There is a plant to the right of the office door. But when one of the guards enters (and also Foxxy later), the plant is not there.

Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning sequence of the film when a view of the empty Shaguar can be seen, the camera moves along side. When this happens, the car carrying the camera can be seen in a squashed up reflection against the Shaguar.

Continuity: In the scene where the Frau visits Dr. Evil in prison, the guards' position in the background changes from shot to shot - arms crossed, on the side, hands folded...

Other: When Austin has Mini Me strapped to him upside down, his head is in front of Austin's crotch. So don't you think that when Mini Me dropped his hands and the bag of water you would see the bag and his hands?
