Continuity: In the scene where Austin is attempting to rescue his father, Goldmember gets behind a screen to change into different clothes. When Goldmember takes off his robe, you can see that his crotch is glowing gold...But when his clothes come back on, the glowing doesn't stop.

Continuity: In the scene where Dr. Evil sees the gold key is missing and Foxxy walks in with it, a far shot shows her entering with a gun in her right hand, pointing up by her head. In the next shot, a close-up view, the gun is pointing straight down.

Continuity: In the scene where Basil interrupts Austin and the Japanese twins, look behind Basil. In several of the shots toward him and you can see a guy in orange and someone else dancing. In the next shot, about a second later, the guy is propped up against the wall. Pretty quick, huh?

Continuity: After Austin says that he does not want a mushroom, the maid takes the tray away, but just before the maid takes the tray away you can see that the mushrooms have switched places with something else.

Continuity: Just after Dr Evil gets the globe on his head, there is a man on his left with a giant screw-wrench in his hand. The shot later, there is also a woman and the screw-wrench has disappeared. Another shot later, the woman has disappeared and after that, the man.

Continuity: In the scene that parodies Hannibal Lector in prison from "The Silence of the Lambs" (1991), we see a behind shot of Dr. Evil relieving himself in the toilet. When he turns around, you can see that his jumpsuit does not have a zipper in the crotch.

Continuity: In the scene where Goldmember peels a big chunk of skin from his shoulder and eats it, you see the skin he's holding is almost transparent. The scene then cuts to Dr. Evil and back to Goldmember, and the skin he puts in his mouth is now brown/dark green.

Continuity: In the scene when Austin is in the room with the fountain, he trips over the cord and the water fountain stops running. The Japanese man on the telephone looks over to see what has happened and then looks over again.

Continuity: When Austin is fighting the ninjas, Foxxy Cleopatra is seen leaning on a pillar behind. In one shot she is seen standing up and walking away. There is a shot of Austin fighting and then a shot of her, where she can be seen doing exactly what she did seconds before.

Revealing: During the opening sequence, when we see Austin doing backflips down the red carpet, you can see that Austin's double has dark skin.

Continuity: When Number 2 removes the Globe off Dr Evil's head, there is no hole below.

Continuity: At one point in Fat Bastard's fight at the sumo arena, his hands are below his opponent's hands, but in the next shot, his hands are above his shoulders.

Continuity: When Austin and Foxxy are confusing Mr. Roboto's words, the plate of food on the table changes between shots. Sometimes it is in front of Austin (even after Foxxy moves it), sometimes it is in front of Foxxy, and sometimes it is missing altogether.

Continuity: During the scene where Austin is beating up Mini Me in his apartment, you can see that the lamp is knocked over already. A couple of shots later we see Austin knocking over the same lamp.

Continuity: When Mike Myers is Austin Powers and is talking to himself as Dr. Evil, if you watch his medallion, it is constantly twirling between shots. You may think it's because he was moving around, but he was not moving his upper body at all. The arrow even tucks inside of the jacket for one shot.

Audio problem: In the scene where Fat Bastard is taking a dump you see his shadow through that wall thing. However his mouth isn't moving in time with the words you hear him say.

Continuity: When Austin and his father Nigel disagree as to how to proceed after Goldmember gets away, they part ways. So why does Austin take his father's car?

Continuity: At the beginning, Steven Spielberg is holding the Oscar in his hand, but in the next shot, he isn't holding it, with no time to put it down between shots.

Continuity: During Dr Evil's song, the prisoners behind change between shots.

Visible crew/equipment: When Goldmember is escaping with Nigel Powers, he kicks Foxy in the face. At the bottom center of the screen, a man's hands flip the fake leg to kick Foxy in the face.
