Best TV mistakes with pictures

When Joey is counting the floors of Ross' building (the first time) to find out where Hot Girl lives, he is wearing a black top with a zip. When he rushes over to Ross' building he walks down the hall and knocks on what he believes to be Hot Girl's door. In these shots he is wearing a dark purple button up shirt. As soon as Ross answers the door, Joey is wearing the black top with a zip again.

This is a mistake for the introduction for the later episodes. When Homer screams, he turns round. You see this in a wide shot. There are no boxes to the right of the door in the garage. However, two just appear out of thin air when he runs through the garage.

When Nina's just been shot, and makes it to the barn to call CTU (around 7.10am), while she's speaking on the phone there's a cameraman visible on the right hand side (DVD).

At the beginning of every show we see Carrie walking down the street and she gets splashed by the bus. First the bus has people on it, then in the next shot they all disappear.

When Giles is giving his speech about the Hellmouth the books Buffy's holding keep changing from facing him to facing Buffy and back again.

Brian's newspaper's name changes from "Daily Informant" to "Daily Tim...". The newspaper also turns upside down between the two shots.

In the apartment there is a cardboard box on a table, with a strip of blue tape on it and a tube of paper sticking out of it. A few shots later another strip of blue tape suddenly appears on the box and the tube of paper has vanished.

When Hurley is at the new house, after his mom hurts her ankle, he reaches into the car window to get the cell phone. When he begins to dial, the cameraman's arm moving about is reflected in the back chrome of the side view mirror.

Clark's hands on the hood of Jeremy's truck shift in different shots from spread wide to in front of him and close together.

In the episode "Reunification part 2" when Picard, Spock, and Data have just escaped from the female Romulan commander, when they are walking out of the room look at the green glass ornament - you can see reflection of a crew member.

In the scene where Prue comes home and finds Andy inside the manor. There is a shot where if you look behind Andy's shoulder you can see half of the body of the director in the background in the observatory room sitting in a director's chair.

At the end of the opening credits, you can see Angel's reflection in the puddle on the floor. Since he is a vampire, this should not happen.

When Basil goes to fetch the branch to give the car a thrashing after it breaks down, the car manages to move onto the pavement all by itself.

In the scene where Starbuck attempts to retrieve Apollo's arrow, a crewman in a red tee shirt and dark vest can be seen standing just behind and to the right of the display case as she is shooting out the glass.

When Fry falls into the cryogenic chamber his whistle drops right next to the chair. When it cuts, the whistle is gone.

When the Warriors are playing cards, Starbuck places his cards on the table near the gold coins, saying "A perfect pyramid. Unless there's a better hand, the pot is mine". His right fingers tap on the table and his cigar is in the ashtray. When the shot cuts, his hand is suddenly up by his mouth, holding the cigar, and the cards and coins have vanished.

When George is lying on the floor in his underwear, a newspaper is on his right side. When they take the reverse shot (Jerry's view of him lying there), the newspaper is on George's left side.

The first time Scully walks into Mulder's office, we see his "I want to Believe" poster in full view. Later on in the scene, we see papers stacked in front of it.

When Ryan is lighting Marissa's cigarette with his, at the start of the shot it's full, then the shot goes to Ryan and it's still full. But then the shot goes to Marissa and if you look at Ryan's cigarette you can see it is almost all gone. Then the shot goes to Ryan and the cigarette is full again.

When the fake Donovan is trying to rescue Julie, he is shot from behind. But in the next shot, the scorch mark is on his chest.

When Frasier and Niles are eating the steaks at the restaurant that Martin brought them to, in some shots you can see Frasier's baked potato, and in others from the same angle it is not visible.

When the ketchup is on Miley's hand in the lunch room it disappears and reappears when she picks up her tray and also when Lilly puts the bracelet on Miley.

After Hank and Bobby return from La Grunta, Hank parks the car halfway into the garage. Yet when Peggy washes the blood from the deer off the front of the truck, the truck is now on the driveway and not near the garage.

During the scene in which The Doctor is climbing the transmitter, there is a shot in which he is viewed from above and is then struck by lightning. In this shot, The Doctor's foot disappears briefly as it leaves the green screen on the ground under the actor.

When Grace is reading through her diaries, through all following shots in the scene the position / location of the yellow, furry diary on the floor keeps changing.

In the scene where Captain Stotlemeyer is putting one of the large snakes back in the glass container, he turns and the base of his wireless microphone is visible when his jacket gets bunched up.

Season 1 Episode 3: Chapter III. After the ARC Troopers have destroyed the Droid tank, the Captain waves the team on. In that shot, the red coloration of his helmet's chin is missing (it is white instead).

When Rimmer leaves for his exam, the table in the room only has an ashtray on it. Moments later, when Lister locks the door, a magazine, a can and a mug have appeared on the table.

When Pacey picks Joey up to carrying her out of the party, he puts her over his right shoulder. In the next shot, just before they go out the door, she is carried over his left shoulder.

Season 6, Episode 6, Known Unknowns: Right after House has given the speech he and Wilson step outside and House removes his tie. After this his shirt collar changes between almost every shot, from being tucked in his jacket to being on the outside of it.
