Daddy's Little Beauty - S4-E12
Continuity mistake: When Fred is trying to work out what kind of talent Pebbles has, she has her bathing suit on. When Pebbles is seen crawling onto the stage when it's her turn, she has her regular clothes on, and when Pebbles is on the stage with Dino, she has her bathing suit on again.
Other mistake: After the Doctor tells Bill that Heather's face isn't symmetrical, when he and Bill look into the "puddle" together the Doctor explains that instead of seeing her normal backwards reflection, she's seeing her face "the right way round." The problem occurs in the next shot of the Doctor and Bill seen in the puddle, because the "WOW!" patch on Bill's jacket is properly where it should be, but note everything else is actually backwards. Things such as Bill's color-block top and her denim jacket buttons are on the opposite way. Also note the Doctor's ring has switched hands. Presumably this shot was edited, and the "WOW!" patch was blurred on the left of Bill's jacket then digitally added to the right side, to give the appearance that it's "the right way round" as the Doctor said. Other mistake: After the turkeys start attacking in "The Running of the Turkeys", Mr. Fishoder and his brother start running. In that clip a Turkey pops out the side of a guy's head. Look in the mid lower right side. Looks like a design error. Pretty big error, no slow down needed to see it. (00:05:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When the son of the accident victims is being led through the trauma rooms to see his parents' bodies, you can see Laura Innes crouching under a table in the background directing the scene. Innes was the director of this episode and it was established that this episode took place on her character's day off. Therefore, she should not have appeared in front of the camera at all. Visible crew/equipment: When Buck and Manolito finally meet up with John, Blue, and the other men, Buck hands over Olive to Sam, and in the next shot of Mano and Blue the boom mic dips into view at the top of the screen. (00:43:45)
Continuity mistake: The gang investigates the trail of limestone to a manhole in the middle of the street, with nothing around it. But when Daphne is putting on her "Wallowing galoshes" boots, somehow a small brick wall just materializes in the middle of the street for her to sit on - and then vanishes a couple shots later. Not just the fact that it appears and vanishes between shots, but that there is a random brick wall in the middle of the road. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: After Candy and the stunt man quit the movie, Mr. Maxwell says he has to withdraw his job offer to the gang as it's too dangerous. As the gang is shown, Scooby is sitting in front of Shaggy and Fred. It cuts to a close up of him as he gets excited about this, and suddenly Fred and Shaggy have vanished. (00:06:10)
Continuity mistake: When Jodie hits the deer her vehicle spins out. As it is spinning the headlights are not projecting any kind of visible beam. After the car stops, and she is facing the deer she hit, the headlight is now projecting a very bright beam to illuminate the deer on the road.
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the Moblins attack Link in his room through a sort of trap door, the hole that is the door keeps changing locations, shapes, and the tiles around it all throughout the fight. Some points even disappearing entirely. (00:01:25 - 00:03:40)
Make Love, Not Warcraft - S10-E8
Continuity mistake: When Liane comes down after Eric says "Bathroom", you can see Cartman, and to the left, Stan. However, when the camera instantly changes to a side view, Stan is no longer there.
When The Bough Breaks - S1-E17
Visible crew/equipment: After finishing his talk with Harry, Riker continues to walk into the Turbolift. A leg from a light stand can be seen in the lower right hand corner as Riker walks into the lift. [Not visible in the remastered Blu-ray version]. (00:00:45)
Continuity mistake: During the party, Stass the assassin, dressed as a waiter, hides his gun underneath a stack of white napkins. When he gets ready to pull the gun out, it is now between the napkins.
Continuity mistake: Gambit's sleeves turn from black to pink when Bella Donna reveals to him that she double crossed the Thieves Guild. (00:13:25)
Continuity mistake: At the start when Jack and Karen are sitting at the table outside his apartment, during the scene the spray bottle, cloth and phone on the table keep on swapping places. (00:05:20)
Sophia Lopez - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Matt talks to the "fluffer", her lollipop disappears from her mouth in between shots. She then raises her arm and puts the lollipop back in her mouth. (00:20:35)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of every show we see Carrie walking down the street and she gets splashed by the bus. First the bus has people on it, then in the next shot they all disappear.
You Can't Miss The Bear - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Nancy goes into her guest room with Silas and Quinne in it, the things she are holding change position in between shots. (00:28:35)
Visible crew/equipment: After Jerry, Elaine, George and Kramer walk out of the orange stairwell, there is a shot as they come out the door. A car drives past. The crew is reflected in the window.
$35K O.B.O. - S1-E18
Continuity mistake: In one shot Grissom puts a shoe on its side with a pencil. In the next shot the shoe is upright again.
Continuity mistake: When Lindsay and Michael are talking about Maebe's grades, the test paper that Lindsay just put on the fridge door sits near a note about running out of milk. In the next shot, the items have moved and the test paper is now mostly covering the note.
