Continuity mistake: While Ajax and Hector fight, Hector head butts Ajax, and three shots later in a wide shot, half of the hammer end of his unusual spear actually breaks and falls to the ground behind him to his left. But lo and behold, in the next close-up the bloody hammer end (bloodier than the previous shot) of his spear is whole and intact. (01:20:00)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the knights are sitting at the round table near the beginning of the movie one of the knights has a plus sign shaped scar on his forehead. In the next shot,the same knight now has a sideways cross shaped scar. The scar changes almost every shot throughout the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Paul is talking to George after giving him the Cohiba cigar, at one point, he puts his hand to his face as the camera is facing him. When the shot cuts to George, Paul's hand is down, then immediately back up to his face when the shot cuts back to him.
Continuity mistake: When Marco is in the library searching the internet for information about the scientist, he isn't wearing headphones. Then he notices the security camera recording him, and in the next shot, from the camera's POV, he's wearing them. When it cuts back to 'our' regular view they're gone again immediately, and he puts them on to listen to the computer.
Continuity mistake: While one of his advisors tells Houston that some of the men from Gonzales have deserted to go to the Alamo, the advisor's hands change from clasped in front of him to on his knees. (01:06:55)
Continuity mistake: When Alexander builds an altar for Titans to mark the furthest point he has reached, both him and Hephaestion are reasonably recovered from severe wounds they suffered during the battle of Hydaspes, which was the last battle mentioned. However, we can see scratches and minor injuries on many characters' faces that appear very fresh and would have disappeared without a trace in the time it took for the deeper wounds to heal.
Continuity mistake: When the message from Göering arrives in the Führerbunker, the signature jumps from one side of the paper to the other. When we first see the machine printing the words "H. Goering, Reichsfeldmarschall", they are on the left side of the paper, as the officer removes the paper from the printer the signature is to the right.
