Factual error: The only German tank used in the movie is a panzerkampfwagen VI E Tiger I, while in reality the only armor used in Berlin by the Germans where panzerkampfwagen VI B Tiger II or Royal Tigers, which look very different from the mark I Tigers.

Trivia
To cremate a corpse 200 litres of gasoline was necessary, but the Third Reich had only 180 litres for the cremation of its Führer and his mistress. Even 'worse' was the situation about a day and a night later: The Reich could provide less than 100 lites for the Goebbels' departure. See more...
Downfall (2004) - 4 mistakes
Directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel, starring Alexandra Maria Lara, Bruno Ganz, Corinna Harfouch, Juliane Köhler (add more)
Continuity: When the message from Göering arrives in the Führerbunker, the signature jumps from one side of the paper to the other. When we first see the machine printing the words "H. Goering, Reichsfeldmarschall", they are on the left side of the paper, as the officer removes the paper from the printer the signature is to the right.
Factual error: In the scene where a chemist is preparing a solution to give to Mrs. Goebbels which she uses to kill her six children, the chemist is holding a modern day conical flask with the brand name "Schott" marked on it. Flasks pre-1950's did not have these markings.
Revealing: While the soldiers are putting the corpses of Eva Braun and Adolf Hitler in the ground outside the bunker to be cremated, one of their legs moves.
