Continuity mistake: Bette and Tina are with their sex therapist, and when she sits down her glasses are in her hand, from the back view they are on, and when it switches back to the front view, they are off again. (00:17:00)
Continuity mistake: Guy of Gisbourne says to Robin Hood that he should lay down his weapons. Robin Hood throws his bow and sword on to the ground. He then gets thrown down the cliff, into the river. Continuity mistake: During his questioning inside the house, Clemens' hair goes back and forth from falling over his forehead to brushed back several times between takes. (00:05:00)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, Kate's friend gives her ex-fiance's letter to Kate. The letter is held differently in consecutive shots.
Continuity mistake: I know that Animators re-use backgrounds but it is painfully obvious that when Keitaro and Narusegawa are leaving the exam results posting they walk in a straight line past the same "Ristorante" three times.
Continuity mistake: When Larry Bird hands Marty the pie, Marty takes it with one hand and then grabs it with his other hand. In the next shot, the pie is no longer in his hands and he's seen grabbing it with both hands at once.
Continuity mistake: Multiple times throughout the show, Kimber can be seen in quick shots with light pink hair (the same color as Jem's), when her hair color is actually a dark pink/red color. (02:00:00)
Continuity mistake: Rev Bem returns for this episode, however the costume department seems to have forgotten all the changes his character went through a couple seasons ago. His face is distinctly more Magog than it should be, and his hands have reverted back into clawed fingers.
Continuity mistake: S46/E47 In an earlier episode Phyllis was named CEO of Jabot, the first thing she did was pack up certain items in her new office. The first thing she put in the box to go was Ashley's Innovator of the Year award, and she gave the box to Billy to take home. However, the award is now back in her office and sitting behind her. Continuity mistake: Everyone drops to the ground and ducks when they believe that they heard gunshots. The microwave beeps and Tommy says it's just his popcorn. When he takes the bag out it is white, but immediately afterward it is red. (00:13:20)

Continuity mistake: Kelsey stands up to leave the bar with her phone in her hand. After she leaves, her phone is on the table in front of her now empty chair. Next scene she is in her hotel room using her phone.
Continuity mistake: When Randi is in her tent working on her thesis, the computer is on. When something hits the tent, she almost drops her computer which now has a black screen, indicating that it is off. When the werewolf rips through the tent, the computer is now back on.

Continuity mistake: Episode 1 - When the commissioner kisses his wife at the beginning of the first episode, he is holding the holstered gun in his left hand and his ID in the right hand. That's in the first shot, because his daughter enters the room bringing coffee, and now the two items swapped hand. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: When Chrissy and Lois are in the car before going into the meeting, the passenger side window is down, but not all the way. But in the next shot when Chrissy steps out, it's all the way down.
Continuity mistake: The man who has fallen down the ravine raises his hand as he shouts for the EMTs. The scene immediately cuts to a shot of him holding his wound with his hand down.
