Continuity mistake: After Ton bashes Retsuko for not getting her tea right, she sings some death metal in the bathroom before joining Fenneko back at the computers and they start talking. Between them is a pink cup with some orange scissors, and an assortment of writing utensils. They are fanned out, but show that the red one is closed to Retsuko with the black in the middle and the yellow closer to Fenneko. When the camera changes angles to show them both sitting there, this order of pens is flipped, with the scissors still being in the same spot.
Continuity mistake: After lying about his wife to Lauren, Ryan shouts after her as she gets in her car. From the back he has a pen and paper in his right hand, but in the front shot the paper has vanished.
Jane and the Truth Snake - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When we first see the guys at the pub, Jeff takes a swig of beer and you can see that his glass is almost empty. After a few seconds of conversation, he takes another sip and the amount of drink has significantly increased. (00:06:00)

Continuity mistake: When the guy shoots the Robinson Robot it leaves a big bullet hole on the front. In the next shot we see the Robinson Robot turning around and the bullet hole is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Richie gets up from a table at Arnold's to meet with the Fonz in the men's room he's wearing jeans. When he enters the men's room he's wearing grey slacks. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: While Mindy is eating dinner and talking to Dani about getting off gym class, after she mentions the pentagram she puts her knife down and switches her fork to her right hand. The angle changes, and she's holding both items of cutlery in the correct hands again.
Continuity mistake: Gary Walsh is holding an iPad with a cell module, a big black bar at the 'top' of the iPad, in landscape with the bar on camera left. During the exchange with Selina, the orientation switches to the right side and back again. (00:00:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Ralph shakes off Bill's guns from the bedspread he tells Bill that he's gone commandeer crazy, then as Bill walks toward the gun pieces on the floor we can see the reflection of the film crew in the mirror. (00:03:30)
