Continuity mistake: The portion of Akane's hair cut by Ryoga's metal belt is much bigger once the hair hits the ground. (00:21:20)
Revealing mistake: The boat is quite rocky, causing their food to move around the table. However, the plate obviously has wheels on it to make it move easier. (00:18:00)
Blue Wants to Play a Game - S1-E12
Other mistake: The jigsaw puzzle Steve and Blue help Shovel and Pail with has a picture of everyone playing musical chairs from the Mailbox's Birthday episode, but Steve suddenly isn't in the puzzle. He played musical chairs, so he should've been in the puzzle.
Continuity mistake: During the death battle, Wolf grabs his opponent and the big sword is held down below waist level. The shot cuts and it's suddenly up, over his shoulders.
Safety First/Crime Sheen Investigation - S1-E12
Other mistake: During Crime Scene Investigation, Jimmy explains his costume to Carl and, while saying "Sherlock Holmes", his chin goes into his jacket. (00:14:38)

Continuity mistake: As Ricky Gervais walks by the school where his nephew is, a "chubby little ginger" shouts "pedo" at him. He stops and holds one of the bars of the railing, third from the pillar. Visible crew/equipment: After Graig returns Patty's math book, Cathy tries to use the pamphlet's rules as she follows Craig. When Craig thanks Cathy for helping him with Latin, the boom mic repeatedly pops up into view in the bottom right corner of the screen. (00:18:10)

Continuity mistake: During the episode, whenever the crew watches Akito fight, the shots from behind show to the right of the nasty admiral Sadaaki Munetake (the guy with the bad bowl cut) his fellow with blue hair, and to his left the short guy with a moustache. In the front views, it's the opposite. The Prospector (the brightly colored fellow, purple pants, pink vest, yellow shirt) also appears in the front view but is nowhere in sight in the back shots.
Continuity mistake: In the pilot, when Deb wakes up in Jane's body in the ER and notices her reflection she puts her left hand up to her new face, but in the closeup of her reflection it's not reversed as it should be. This mistake is visible in the opening shots of every episode for the duration of the series.
Continuity mistake: When Rene comes upstairs to speak to Michelle, his hands and arms are covered in cement. However, when he arrives in the cafe from the basement his arms and hands are clean. Not enough time has elapsed for him to clean them all perfectly. (00:03:05)

Continuity mistake: Pete tells Tiff that he has so many questions. She reaches his face and holds it between her hands. She has two fingers on his ear, then her index only, then the fingertips are on his chin. (00:02:10)
