Continuity mistake: Towards the end when Jesse is throwing money at the guy on the floor, there is a crumpled up note under the guy's tie. Camera cuts and it's gone. (00:37:30)
Continuity mistake: When Andrea drives off we can see 3 bikes parked up by Jesse's house and a car either side of the bikes. When Jesse turns to walk in one car has disappeared. (00:28:35)
Crawl Space - S4-E11
Continuity mistake: In episode 2-10, Walt installed a new gas water heater. The gas lines run from the left wall to heater mounted on the back wall of the utility room. In episode 4-11, Walt is in the Crawl Space under the utility room. The gas lines are no longer visible.

Continuity mistake: Ted is in his house with Saul Goodman's men. When he beats his head on the furniture after he stumbled on the carpet in attempt to escape and passes out, his legs change position in two different angles shots.
Box Cutter - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: When Gus starts to walk away from where he killed Victor, he drops the Box Cutter, and we see it landing. However, after a cut to the next shot, its position has changed. It is no longer sitting on the line in the floor, and it is pointing 180° in the other direction. We can also see from Walt's shadow that the Box Cutter has moved quite a bit further away from Walt. Crawl Space - S4-E11
Visible crew/equipment: A camera in a black protective box is visible on the ground in the intersection during the crash sequence when Walt gets T-boned by an SUV. (00:24:48)
Continuity mistake: While Gus speaks with Eladio beside the pool the sun changes on the floor between shots.
Problem Dog - S4-E7
Continuity mistake: When Jesse is emptying the cigarette, his fingers are right at the end of the cigarette. Camera cuts and now they are up the other end. (00:19:20)
Box Cutter - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: During the diner scene when Jesse is eating, Walt asks him how he's doing. Jesse's head changes positions several times between shots. From looking out of the window, to back down at his plate, to back out of the window, to straight ahead again, all between shots.
Chosen answer: I'm not sure how far you are into the show but he does eventually come up with a way to launder it (wont spoil it for you but rest assured, when he gets a lawyer the show gets much better!) and in the final season he also comes up with a way to give his children his money without the cops or the DA knowing it came from him.
