Continuity mistake: After Combo is killed and Skinny leaves the operation, Jesse and Walt are in Saul's office, explain what happened, and they start bickering. From a side angle you see Saul lean forward in his chair as he yells "Guys guys!" to try and stop them. It then cuts to an angle showing Saul from the front and he's suddenly leaning back in his chair, not forward.

Continuity mistake: When Hank arrives with takeout food from Los Pollos Hermanos, Walt picks up a container, but in the next shot he isn't holding it. Also when Walt places a chicken breast on Skyler's plate, it disappears in the next shot, but re-appears in the shot after that. There is a lot of back and forth with the food in this scene. Continuity mistake: Walt's grip on the needle changes position at the end. In one shot he is holding it very close to the needle end, in the next he is holding it by the plunger end. (00:43:20)

Continuity mistake: When Mike walks into the room with Jane, he is putting his second purple glove on. Camera cuts and he is now opening a bag that was not there before. (00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Walt and his wife are talking at the breakfast table the milk carton is facing a certain way. Five seconds later it has completely turned the other direction. Continuity mistake: When Hank picks up the six pack, he picks it up by the handle in the middle and the bottom. Camera cuts and now he is holding it by the side and bottom. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: Sitting outside a crack house looking for Jesse, Mike and Walt are talking in Mike's car. When Mike says he could just be mugged or shot, the camera is behind their heads. Walt turns his head towards Mike while he's saying this. When the camera angle changes, suddenly Walt is looking out of the passenger window again.
