Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Escape from Kadavo - S4-E13

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the queen's audience with Count Dooku, when he says, "But I was invited - by your faithful advisor. He's concerned over how attached you've become to Skywalker," there is a shot of Dooku walking up the room, then it cuts away to the queen and Atai Molec (the advisor in question), and when it cuts back to Dooku, he walks through the same part of the throne room as in the previous shot of him. Take note of a screen on the side of the room - it's in the same position both shots. (00:05:35)

Escape from Kadavo - S4-E13

Continuity mistake: When Anakin is cutting through the door of the Kadavo facility after Master Plo's forces have arrived, the position of the hole he's making is different from when it was previously shown. When he finishes cutting the hole and kicks in the cut-out section of door, the hole is back in its original position. (00:14:25)

Jedi Crash - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Anakin sends a ship to dock with Aayla Secura's stricken Jedi Cruiser to pick up everyone who's escaping. When the ship arrives, there are two clone pilots flying it. When Commander Bly gets to the bridge to turn on the deflector shields, one of the pilots has vanished. (00:04:52)

Defenders of Peace - S1-E14

Continuity mistake: Rex climbs onto a barrier of pods that the Jedi built in front of the village to take a look at the approaching droid forces and reports that they have eight minutes tops before the Separatists' arrival, prompting Anakin to order the shield generators put in place. Cut to General Lok Durd and his chief battle droid, who look through binoculars at the distant village, where the barrier is shown as incomplete, with Ahsoka and Aayla still moving pods into place. Defenders of Peace - S1-E14

Continuity mistake: After landing the Separatist shuttle at the Lurmen village, Anakin, Ahsoka and Aayla get out and walk around the shuttle, underneath its legs, toward Tee Watt Kaa and Wag Too, as Aayla announces that the Separatists will arrive in moments. When she's finished speaking, the three Jedi have emerged from underneath the ship. The scene cuts to Tee Watt Kaa demanding to know why they came back, and when the scene cuts back to a close-up of the three Jedi, they're walking out from underneath the shuttle again. (00:14:40)

Jedi Crash - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: When the Jedi's ship is in danger of crashing into a star while in hyperspace, there is a brief shot where Rex's kama (kilt) is missing, while Ahsoka is arguing with Aayla about shutting down the ship's power. (00:07:05)

The Academy - S3-E6

Plot hole: When Ahsoka rushes to save the students when they arrive to meet the prime minister, she attacks several secret police officers, who flee afterwards. However, we later see her standing next to the prime minister acting innocent when she pretends to side with him. The officers she fought earlier would no doubt have told Almec what side Ahsoka is really on, so her ploy never should have worked to begin with. (00:11:55 - 00:13:40)

The General - S4-E8

Continuity mistake: Pong Krell's goatee is missing at the end, when he accepts Rex's report that the base has been successfully captured. (00:21:02)

Suggested correction: Just because the audience noticed Padme is pregnant does not mean Anakin did.

Holocron Heist - S2-E1

Plot hole: Cato doesn't even know who Ord (the person she is impersonating) is, and yet she manages to perfectly imitate his voice and manner. She wouldn't have transformed her own internal organs, since she probably would have ruptured them.

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: Quite apart from anything else, Cato is a member of a shapeshifting species, so why wouldn't she be able to perfectly take the form of another species? And her internal organs have nothing to do with the plot of this episode.

Mystery of a Thousand Moons - S1-E18

Obi-Wan: Very impressive. You just destroyed seventeen defenseless battle droids without suffering a scratch.
[Another battle droid falls apart.]
Anakin: Eighteen, actually.

Question: Has Dooku ever officially made Asajj his apprentice? I know he is still Sidious' apprentice, but Sidious secretly trained Maul before he killed Plageous (according to the SW Wikipedia), so Dooku could secretly train Asajj. In "Ambush" he calls Asajj his apprentice when talking to the king of Toydaria, but then in "Cloak of Darkness", he tells Asajj that she has to prove she is worthy.

Answer: Dooku never accepted Ventress as his apprentice, as far as I know; he just kept her as his devoted personal assassin. In Phantom Menace, it is stated that there can be only two Sith at a time, to prevent a power struggle in the lower ranks. To accept Ventress as an apprentice, Dooku would have violated that rule.
