Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Rookies - S1-E5

Other mistake: The battle droids - including the commando droids featured here - habitually have two broad fingers and a thumb. So how can a commando droid squeeze itself completely into clone trooper armor without its broad fingers tearing open the gloves, since it can't separate its fingers?

Pursuit of Peace - S3-E11

Other mistake: During Padmé's big speech to the Senate, Duchess Satine is visible in the background watching at one point. Satine is the ruler of Mandalore, a neutral planet, not a Senator, and thus has no reason to be present at a normal session of the Galactic Senate.

Suggested correction: Mandalorian is neutral in the war, but they are still a member of the Republic Senate.

The Mandalore Plot - S2-E12

Other mistake: Obi-Wan Kenobi discovers the Mandalorians and gets into a fist fight with them, punching one in the face a few times, who reacts with obvious discomfort. But the one hit is wearing Mandalorian armour, famously resistant to all kinds of weaponry, and Obi-Wan is barehanded! The Mandalorian should be laughing off his attempts. Not to mention that later he surprises another armed guard in Mandalorian armour and knocks him out with two barehanded blows to the helmet.

Suggested correction: It must be pointed out that unlike the Mandos he's fighting, Obi-Wan explicitly has supernatural powers, powers that most certainly help with things like punching out people in full armour. Seeing this as a "mistake" is kind of ridiculous in a space fantasy series.

Hostage Crisis - S1-E22

Other mistake: When Cad Bane orders one of the commando droids disguised as a Senate Commando to finish clearing the platform, the neck area below the helmet shows human skin even though there's now a droid inside the armour. (00:02:07)

Shadow Warrior - S4-E4

Other mistake: When Anakin is fighting some commando droids he suddenly has two lightsabers, one that he is actively using and another on his belt. (00:06:11)

Downfall of a Droid - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Rex's kama (the black kilt-like thing he wears) is missing twice: first when he, Anakin and Ahsoka are looking at a hologram of an AT-TE on the Resolute's bridge, and second when Anakin's trap for Grievous is revealed, and Rex orders the AT-TEs on the asteroids to fire. Mystery of a Thousand Moons - S1-E18

Obi-Wan: Very impressive. You just destroyed seventeen defenseless battle droids without suffering a scratch.
[Another battle droid falls apart.]
Anakin: Eighteen, actually.

Question: Has Dooku ever officially made Asajj his apprentice? I know he is still Sidious' apprentice, but Sidious secretly trained Maul before he killed Plageous (according to the SW Wikipedia), so Dooku could secretly train Asajj. In "Ambush" he calls Asajj his apprentice when talking to the king of Toydaria, but then in "Cloak of Darkness", he tells Asajj that she has to prove she is worthy.

Answer: Dooku never accepted Ventress as his apprentice, as far as I know; he just kept her as his devoted personal assassin. In Phantom Menace, it is stated that there can be only two Sith at a time, to prevent a power struggle in the lower ranks. To accept Ventress as an apprentice, Dooku would have violated that rule.
