The Night of the Fatal Trap - S1-E15

Other mistake: Immediately after the opening credits, West has just finished printing a poster. The poster is still on the printing press and shows what was printed face-up. When he prints the next poster, the image is not showing on the face-up side but on the bottom side when he takes it off the printer.

The Night the Dragon Screamed - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: After West saves the man from falling into the spiked pit, they walk to leave but a trap door opens, and they fall into the water. As they get onto the pier, both of them are soaking wet and have wet hair. They crawl out, sit, and start talking. The close-up of their faces, while they talk, shows that both of them now have dry hair.

The Night of the Bars of Hell - S1-E22

Continuity mistake: In the closing scene of this episode, there is a daytime close-up of their boxcar. When Ms. McCoy walks into the boxcar, it is pitch black outside. Ms McCoy leaves after a very short visit. The last shot of the boxcar leaving shows it is nighttime.

The Night of the Druid's Blood - S1-E24

Continuity mistake: After the first freeze frame, West is trapped in a pit. The camera angle from above shows him standing on a pail with his arms extended upward - so he can hold on to the beam - as he is waiting for the fuse to thrust him upward. At the moment the fuse propels him upward, the close-up shows West's arms down at his side, but as he is ascending towards the beam his arms are extended upward.

The Night of the Freebooters - S1-E25

Continuity mistake: In the scene after the second freeze frame, Gordon enters the room where West and Captain Leon are being held. Gordon drops his monocle to the ground and with his foot hides it with the debris on the ground to cover it up. When Gordon leaves, the camera shot shows West picking up the monocle in plain sight with nothing covering it.

The Night of the Burning Diamond - S1-E26

Continuity mistake: Right before the second freeze frame, the invisible Midas knocks out Gordon who ends up on the floor at the foot of the staircase. Midas knocks out West who ends up on the floor at the foot of the staircase in the same spot where Gordon was, but who is no longer there.

The Night of the Burning Diamond - S1-E26

Continuity mistake: Before the third freeze frame when Midas is outside with West and Gordon, all the people around them are motionless. Midas suspends his flask above his left shoulder. The next camera shot shows the flask several inches lower. Then, the shot from behind Midas shows the flask suspended back to its original position above his left shoulder. During this outside scene, there was a slight breeze which caused both the curtains of the coach to move as well as the lady's lower dress (the one standing behind Midas). When the three move inside, the people suddenly "freeze", but the woman's cape is still slightly moving as well as the gentlemen on the screen's right. When they go into the gallery which houses the jewelry, the motionless actors are not as still as the ones who were outside.

The Night of the Burning Diamond - S1-E26

Continuity mistake: The scene right before the third freeze frame shows the iron gates slowly closing behind West and Gordon. There are three vertical rows of bars showing on each side of the gate. When Midas turns around and walks towards them, there is only one vertical bar showing on each side, and the gates have stopped closing.

The Night of the Burning Diamond - S1-E26

Continuity mistake: In the first scene, West and the Minister are viewing the Kara diamond encased in a transparent protective cube. As they walk to the window, in the background one can see the protective cube, however, the diamond is no longer there. The protective cube explodes revealing the diamond is missing - however, it was already missing before the cube exploded.

The Night of the Burning Diamond - S1-E26

Continuity mistake: Between the first and second freeze frames, an envoy from Washington is at the boxcar door. In the background, one can see somewhat large trees and a large size mountain. The train's close-up for this scene shows the trees and mountains at a much smaller scale.
