Continuity mistake: When West breaks into the hacienda, the double windows he enters by have quite a bit of glowing light behind them. Yet when he climbs into the room, it's completely dark inside. (00:22:00)

Revealing mistake: West and Gordon burn a perfect circle (unlikely in and of itself) in the metal floor in order to break into the dungeon below. West punches the circle out with his fist, then grasps what should be white-hot edges with his bare hands before jumping through the opening. Even if wood it would still be too hot to touch. Revealing mistake: As West drags the body of a bad guy out of the scene, the supposedly unconscious man is holding his head up so as not to have his head dragged through the dirt. A truly unconscious person's head would flop back on to the ground.

Factual error: The skeletons in the dungeon hanging from shackles and standing upright in cages would have been piles of bones on the ground due to cartilage and tendons decaying, which hold bones together.

Continuity mistake: West describes to Artie his movements through the fortress using a model of the structure sitting on a table with a green table cloth and gold trim. West's left hand is resting on the table, as is a clear glass dish, as well. Close ups show the model close to the edge where the dish was and West's left hand on his thigh.

Continuity mistake: The Constitution lies flat in the display case. After West cuts a circular piece of glass to remove the document, he takes it out and it is seen to be conveniently rolled up for ease of removal through the circle rather than flat.

Continuity mistake: Once West crosses the acid bath, he leaves a small piece of rope hanging from the zip line. Later, when he meets Artie to recross over the acid bath, the rope has grown to about three feet in length. Artie was too far away (and did not have the equipment to cross) for him to change its length.
