In the episode "CSI;Reno," when they are doing the fake PSA, one of the officers says, "Idowa is only 14." But you can see the card and it says that Idowa is 18. [Given how ridiculous these PSA's are supposed to be, it is very possible that the mismatch is intentional and done to make them look even more incompetent.]

When Dangle is talking about his marriage and his wife at the police station, he is wearing reflective glasses and you can see the camera operator in the reflection. [As noted in another post, the concept of the show is that it is a "Cops"-like documentary show, i.e. camera crews are supposed to be following them around filming the action, therefore they are not particularly trying to hide the crew and in fact they do appear intentionally in some episodes.]
