Plot hole: (Season 11, Episode 5 - Hank Gets Dusted) It makes no sense why the producer has not got Hank to sign a release form or even talked about it. Throughout the episode Hank is upset by the fact that Dusty's reality show is featuring him. While Hank might not be aware of a release form, the producer would be fully aware if Hank did not sign one all the footage and most of the show would be unusable. Being that Hank was so against the project, this would also make it a riskier move.

Updates:
Series 3
Across whole show
Continuity: (Episode 9-13: Gone With the Windstorm) Just after Dale, Nancy and Peggy get past the police blockade in the news van there is an overhead shot of the van and you can see Dale doesn't have his fake moustache on anymore. The next shot he is taking off the fake moustache.
Audio problem: (Season 11, Episode 5 - Hank Gets Dusted) As the ZZ top members are trying to convince Bobby about staying in school, there is a distinct microphone error after Frank speaks. When he says "and the presidents", you can hear it quite distinctively. It is as if he spoke too close to the microphone at the end of his sentence.
Continuity: (Season 9-10 - Episode Arlen City Bomber) In the scene when Lane Pratley comes into the woman's changing room after the first game he is holding the player's cheques by his waist. When the shot changes to a closeup of him the cheques have instantly moved to Lane holding them next to his chest.
Continuity: Season 10, episode 7, 'You Gotta Believe (In Moderation)': As Ace hands back the giant cheque at the end, take a look at the 'pay to the order of'. It reads "The Winners" but in the next shot it reads "The Winner's".
Continuity: (Season 11, Episode 5 - Hank Gets Dusted) While Hank is reminiscing about the car with his father he is in the garage and does not realise he is being filmed by the cameras. The following scene, the filming crew is watching the footage in the truck and the shot shows the camera angle is now different and would only be possible if Hank was standing in the alley outside his house.
Deliberate "mistake": (Season 9 - Episode 8 Mutual of Omabwah) Why wouldn't Hank just use a credit card to cover the outstanding payment he owes on his insurace? It was established in the episode Rich Hank, Poor Hank that Hank has an emergency credit card and could easily use that and would be covered immediately. His panic over not having insurance would outweigh any problems he might have with using his credit card and the fact that he is dealing with an insurance company there is no conceivable way they wouldn't accept a credit card or ask if he has a credit card to cover the payment. The mistake seems to be deliberate as it sets the story up for Hank going somewhat over the edge with protecting the house.
Plot hole: In the episode "Bill's House", Bobby teaches Peggy to ride a bike, but previous episodes show Peggy riding a bicycle, and once she rides across the entire town.
Other: In the season four episode "Nancy Boys", when Nancy calls John Redcorn and tells him that she wants him back, he says, "I'm thirty-six years old. I don't need this crap." Later, in the season nine episode "Redcorn Gambles With His Future", while John is talking to Hank, he mentions waking up one day and realizing that he is forty. If four years had passed since his break-up with Nancy, then Bobby and Joseph would now be sixteen and at least sophomores in high school, but they are still in middle school.
Continuity: Episode 9-13, 'Gone With the Windstorm': As Hank jumps out of the closest to scare the boy that is scaring Bobby, we see the contents of the cupboard as well. We see a shelf with a large number of boxes. Clothes rail with many clothes hanging on it. Finally an assortment of objects on the ground. When Hank leaves and the father is wondering where his son has disappeared to we see inside the cupboard again. Everything including the shelf, clothes and clothes rail have disappeared. The only thing remaining is one small box in the left corner.
Continuity: Peggy Hill's mother seems to change over the course of the show. Prior to the ninth season, whenever Peggy's mother is seen (in the present or in flashbacks), she is portrayed as an older version of Peggy. In the ninth season's premiere episode, Peggy's mother is a lean, leather-skinned rancher who disdains Peggy and lives on a secluded ranch. The change in facial features and appearance is too much to just be a change in style as well.
Continuity: In the episode where porn videos are being sent to Hank, there is a close-up shot of a machine printing out address labels for Hank's house. These labels say 320 Rainey Street. However, in the episode "Hank's Choice", when Peggy is looking at the mail, all of their mail has 84 Rainey Street as their address.
Shins of the Father (season 1, episode 8)
Continuity: Bobby takes a bite of his brownie and leaves most of it on his tray when he starts to get up and the teacher comes over to talk about his attitude. A few seconds later, when he and Joseph start slamming their trays on the table, the brownie is gone.
Continuity: When Hank is barbecuing and turns the steak over, there are four burgers on the grill. When he tells Bill that the steak is for his father, there are only three.
Hilloween (season 2, episode 4)
Continuity: When Hank and Bobby throw toilet paper over Junie Harper's tree, Hank is only able to throw one roll over the tree and after Bobby knocks over the birdhouse they have to run away. The next morning when Hank is driving Bobby they look over to see Junie Harper trying to get the toilet paper out of the trees, but there is now a lot more than just one roll.
Husky Bobby (season 2, episode 6)
Continuity: Backstage at the fashion show, Andie uses his bag to knock Bobby's bag off of the makeup counter. When Andie sits down and tells Bobby to go get him a brownie, both bags have disappeared.
The Son That Got Away (season 2, episode 8)
Continuity: Connie was shown wearing blue/green sneakers when the kids entered the cave but when they wanted to leave she had her flip-flops on, and then the sneakers again for the rest of the show.
Leanne's Saga (season 2, episode 19)
Continuity: When Leanne first arrives, she kisses Luanne, and gets red lipstick marks on her. Later, when Leanne and Luanne are near the bathroom and Leanne says "I knew you would understand" (about Bill), she kisses Luanne, but there are no marks from her lipstick. Even if she mostly kissed Luanne's neck, at least part of some of the marks should show when Luanne turns to leave (after talking to Peggy).
Continuity: Hank takes Bill's sock off and the guys discover his toe fungus. While they're talking, Hank is still holding the sock. In the next shot of Bill, his sock is back on.
Junkie Business (season 2, episode 20)
Continuity: Before Hank fires Leon he is seen in the showroom foaming from the mouth and there is a door to his right. In the next shot when Hank is being talked to by Mr Strickland, there is now a bulletin board to Leon's right and the door has disappeared.
