The Brady Bunch (1969) - 11 mistakes in entire show
Across whole show
Revealing: I can't quite remember what the episode was, but one of the times that Sam comes over to visit Mr. Brady, he comes in through the back sliding "glass" door. There is no glass in the door. You can tell this because when Sam closes the door, to do so, he puts his hand through the areas where glass would be.
Revealing: The wall behind Mr. Brady's desk at work is the exact same wall in the Brady's living room. Submitted by Matty Blast
The Honeymoon (series 1)
Is There a Doctor in the House? (series 1)
Audio problem: When Mike walks into the kitchen and sees the chart with the list of kids on it and what ailments they've had, he comments on one of the ailments, saying "None of the kids have had distemper." However, if you watch his mouth, he appears to have originally said "rabies." Submitted by Jeff Swanson
54-40 and Fight (series 1)
Other: A final contest is given for control of "green stamps" with all the kids building a "House of Cards." Whomever causes the cards to fall will be the losers. All is going well until Tiger comes in and knocks into Peter and causes him bump the table and knock over the cards. If you watch closely at the end of the scene, when all the dialog is finished, you can see Mike trying to knock down a few remaining cards. However they keep popping up. Probably due to the fact that the cards were glued together to make it easier for the kids to build upon.

A Room at the Top (series 4)
Factual error: In "Our Son, The Man", Greg wants his own room. One night, while in bed, Mike and Carol discuss their options. Carol says "How about the attic?" Mike responds with "That would be fine if Greg were only three feet tall." Later they give Greg the den for a while. However, in "A Room At The Top", after cleaning out the attic, which was now full size, both Greg and Marcia want it for their own private room.
