Continuity: In 'The Thing and I', at the end everyone is having dinner. Dr. Hibbert says "Care for a drumstick Hugo" and everyone's plate is empty. Seconds later everyone has food without it being served out. Submitted by Hamster

Continuity: In 'The Genesis Tub,' Lisa sits on a tooth-throne in the tub, which has red cloth draped over the arms with gold tassels around the edge. However when Bart comes to take the tub, Lisa stands up on the throne and yells "Bart, no." - in this shot the tassels are gone. Submitted by Hamster

Continuity: In "The Thing And I", Bart discovers he has a scar where he was separated from Hugo. During the attic scene, it disappears.

Continuity: In 'The Genesis Tub', when Lisa is first beamed down to the tub, she has slippers on. At the end of the tale, she is no longer wearing them.

Continuity: In 'The Genesis Tub,' when Skinner is grading the universe in the tub, his clipboard changes from brown to blue. Submitted by Hamster

Continuity: In 'The Genesis Tub', Principal Skinner takes the lid off of the tub, and puts it on the table. In the next shot it's gone. Submitted by Hamster

Continuity: In 'The Thing and I' when Homer and Marge return from driving around in the rain, there is no doorknocker on the door. Then in the shot where Hugo escapes, we see the door open with red scratches on it, and there is a doorknocker. Then later when everyone leaves to find Hugo, it's gone again. Submitted by Hamster

Continuity: In 'The Thing and I' when Lisa and Bart are questioning Homer about the 'thing' up in the attic at breakfast, Homer is the only one eating. But in the next shot you can see Lisa and Bart with breakfast too. Submitted by Hamster

Continuity: In 'The Thing and I' Dr. Hibbert is about to explain Bart's irregular birth. In the closeup before the story, Dr. Hibbert has a stethoscope around his neck. This wasn't there in previous shots. Submitted by Hamster

Continuity: When the Simpsons are driving to Cypress Creek the arrangement of luggage on the roof of the car changes depending on their stage in the journey.

Continuity: When the family are talking and Marge is sitting on the sofa, Bart runs and shoves Lisa (who is in front of marge) out of the way, but in the next shot, she is still in front of Marge, despite the fact Bart pushed her out of his way.

Continuity: When Homer is walking and talking with Hank Scorpio when he first arrives at work there is reversed "J" on Homer's tie that comes and goes between shots.

Continuity: All of the cigarettes that Moe has smoked disappear from the floor after Marge has spoken to him.

Continuity: The "Stinger" only appears on the boxing gloves after Moe passes them to Homer. It is not there in all preceding shots.

Continuity: The extension cord Jimbo is using for a belt disappears after they run around the corner of the corridor whilst chasing Bart.

Continuity: When the remote controlled plane crashes into the roof of the burlesque house, it is seen to hit only the side of the roof, yet when Bart goes to reclaim the plane, it is nested on the top of the roof.

Continuity: At the end of the episode when Marge is first seen doing the entertainment, the shot shows (from left to right): Flanders, Skinner, Kirk Van Houten, Kent Brockman, Mayor Quimby, Grandpa, and behind them, Lionel Hutz, Lenny, Homer and Dr Hibbert. In a following shot from behind Marge the guests have changed places. Reverend Lovejoy is on the end, then Flanders, then Skinner, then Mr Burns, then Grandpa. There is a seat next to Grandpa which is blocked by Marge's head. Also Lionel Hutz has moved far back. Where did Burns appear from and where did Kirk, Mayor Quimby, and Kent Brockman all go?

Continuity: When Homer starts the song at the end of the episode, the doors to the house behind him are open. In the next shot of the house they are closed, then they are open again in the next shot.

Continuity: At the town hall meeting Mayor Quimby's microphone is first seen to be plain grey. In the following shot it has dark lines on it.

Continuity: When Marge goes to see Belle at the Maison Derriere she sits down with her.At first there is a white ornament on the small table in front of them but then at the end of the scene it has vanished.
