In the opening credits Niles mentions that Daphne had lost 9 lbs. 12 oz at the weight-loss spa. This is probably a deliberate reference to the birth of Janes Leeves' (Daphne) daughter. According to www.imdb.com, she was born in Jan 2001 and weighed 9 lbs. 12 oz. See more...

Continuity: Frasier and Niles are looking at the salt server Blaine returned to Frasier - in one shot the large envelope, the mailer strip, and the note are on the coffee table - in the next shot the strip has disappeared and the envelope and note have changed position.
Continuity: Blaine sticks the pin in his leg and doesn't remove it, yet after a few shots it's gone.
