Near the beginning, the Chucky doll causes a worker to be electrocuted and fly backwards. As he somersaults through the air, and through the window, it is clear that in this angle he will land on his front. But in the next shot we get a close-up of him lying on his back. See more...
When Andy goes into the closet and he knocks the skateboard, and Chucky falls down, you can see a wire attached behind the skateboard so it doesn't fall down on the actor.
