In two different places in the movie, Andy's foster parents have the same argument with the EXACT SAME dialogue, about Andy being too much to handle. Obviously, the director decided to try the dialogue in two different settings, and both scenes were accidentally left in. See more...
When the fire alarm has been set off, Andy is standing at the top of the staircase, looking at Kyle. Then Grace Pool walks down the stairs and grabs Andy by the top of his arm. But when the shot changes she is holding his hand.
