In the scene where Fezzik is using the holocaust cloak, the long shots of him are a dummy due to the bobbing around (and the fact that they cover up the face). It's only Fezzik in the close-ups, where the hood is pulled back making his face more visible that it is in the medium shots. See more...

Around the time that Buttercup tells the man in black about Westley, Cary Elwes had an accident with a small four-wheeler and severely injured his foot. Because he didn't want to delay the shoot, Elwes did the scene anyway, and you can see him favoring his right leg the entire time. See more...
The Princess Bride
Continuity: There is a scene where Westley is matching wits with Vizzini. In every shot of Vizzini and Buttercup, her hair changes. In one shot, half of it is over her shoulder; in the next shot it is all down her back. This happens all through the scene.
