His hands are locked together by his fingers, but in the following wide shot his left hand is down by his knee and his right is holding a fork with food on it. Also, Rose puts the cigarette holder to her mouth and takes her left hand away from it but in the following shot her left hand is still on it. See more...

Deliberate "mistake": When Jack and Fabrizio are at the bow, the anchor well below them is black. Along with that, the foremost railing is not connected with the rest. But when Rose and Jack are there the well is white and the railing connects. Plus during the "flying" sequence the gap between the vertical bits of the railing is different in different shots of the ship.
