CSI: Miami - Rush (S5 E20)
Continuity: When the TV star is killed he is wearing a white t-shirt with black lettering. As he is dragged to and placed in the trunk of the car it is still visible. When the CSIs move him from the trunk onto the gurney, there is no lettering on the t-shirt.
